The birth place of both Monkey D. Luffy and Portgas D. Ace and possibly Monkey D. Dragon. The town is very peaceful with little to no disturbances in it. However it is quite windy and is named Fuchsia Village because of the windmill in the center of it. This is a tranquil place to relax, meditate or train.
