This is the Kyoto Industrial Estate, it is located on the Outskirts of Kyoto at the other end of Kyoto from the Bamboo Forest and Park. The estate looked like a bomb site long before teh Zombies should up as during the Industrial Revolution it was a major income for Kyoto, but no more and has long since been abandoned. It is rumored many homeless people lived here, which means there could be countless hordes of "Them" Just hiding here.
