 She is black with a white mane, tail, and streak down her nuzzle. She has quite a temper but is affectionate. She doesn't like to let other people ride her (only me) especially Hermes children.

I walked into the stables to wait for Rex. I walked over to Storm. I could tell she was happy to see me. I ran my hand over her black mane. She rubbed her head against me. A day early I had been her and I notice Storm. She had a note on her saying my name. I gave her an apple I had stolen from the pavilion early.

Rex walked over to Storm's stable. "Hey, Emma." He smiled as he greeted her. "So, I got your note. What did you wanna talk about?" Rex asked, his curiousity rising. Rex couldn't find a spot to sit, so he leaned against the nearest wall, waiting for Emma's answer.

"I'll tell you when we get in the air", I said patting Storms back. When Rex came close to her, she got fidgety and back away from him. "Hey, girl it's okay he's a friend", I turned to talk to Rex. "She doesn't like Hermes kids, but I think she'll let you, come on"

Rex looked cautiously at Storm. "You sure about that? I've never riden one of these animals before. I get the feeling she won't like me... But, I'll give it a shot." He stepped closer to Storm, watching her back up more. "Hey, I'm not a bad kid of Hermes. Can't judge us all the same way..." Rex persisted as he stepped even closer. This time, Storm didn't back away. "Good girl... Now, I'll just get on and we'll be okay." He kept his voice at a level tone as he mounted Storm. He looked at Emma, "Well, that wasn't that bad." Rex laughed at the situation.

"Lets go", I softly kicked on the side of Storm. She started out running, kept on running. I kicked her side again and she started up into the air. Storm kicked her legs and flapped her wings gaining air. "Yahoo!"

Rex Holans, Son of Hermes Before the pegasus even landed, Rex jumped off and stubled slightly as he regained his composure. "Alright, so now we can continue our discussion," he said, looking sideways at Emma. His heart was pounding about a mile a minute. All he wanted out of this was to be friends, but he got the feeling Emma wanted more.
Rex had never been that good with giving bad new to people. The hardest time for him was writing that note telling his mother that he'd be leaving. That note was written four years ago, but the pain of writing it was still fresh. Rex took in a deep breath, trying to calm himself down, so he could finally tell Emma what he wanted from all this.
Turning towards Emma, he looked around the stable first. Then, Rex finally got the courage to say what he needed to say. "Emma, look. I just want to stay friends, that's all. I guess this isn't what you wanted to hear, but this is just how I feel. Sorry," Rex said, trying to show some sympathy for her. Not even waiting for her response, Rex turned and left the stables. He turned around and waved back at her, then, Rex was gone, heading back to his cabin. ((Trying out new format lol))

I watched Rex walk away, I felt guilty sprining a question like that on him. I wasn't mad that he had said no, that's what I expected, I hadn't really even wanted to be a couple really, I mean the thought had accured to me, and I had wanted it for a while, but I really just wanted to know his opinion, but now he probably didn't even want to be around, I mean that would be a least a little akward. I sighed a walked away slowly wanting to kill someone. I decided to good to the arena and bat the crap out of something.

"Come on girl" I said to Storm adjusting her saddle. The thought of running had crossed my mind several times. I hadn't decided if I was or not. I jumped on her back and kickede her side making her rise into the air.

I gave her a partial hug. She nuzzled my neck a little. "Good girl" I whispered in her ear. I jumped on her back. Then I reached my hand down so I could help Gwen up. Storm seemed to like Gwen a lot.

Gwendolyn took her hand and hoisted herself up onto the black Pegasus. Storm seemed to like her. Okay, so that's one animal that doesn't hate me. "So how do we get up into the air?" She was anxious to see the dynamics of a flying horse.

"Like this" I kicked her side and she started running then I kicked it again and she took off. One solid leap and we were off the ground.
