ever feel stressed when working on commissions for other people?

ive done free stuff for folks, and even that was kinda stressful. just hoping they like it and trying to get things done quickly without leaving out quality.

YES! Especially when you do your best for them for the gold they pay and they still nit pick at your work, or don't take you seriously. I've done some free art before just because an avi inspired me to try a style I love, thats less stressful.

Yeah... It feels like they expect more then I can gove and thus i get stressed ^^;

same here... I feel the same way like all of you. When I work on freebies, even thought there freebies I still feel the need to stand up to a certain expectation. When working for art for a paying client, if the client is paying a lot, or even not enough I still feel a need to exceede all expectations and give them a wow factore of some type. So doing commissions often stress me more than anything >.> That or if I don't put enough effort into me, I feel like the client might think I'm trying to rip them off or something >.<
