Yes im a modder I know a lot of u ppl mix the difference between a modder and a hacker(THERE IS A DIFFERENCE). Hackers prefer to use consoles ingame. Modders prefer to edit, add and change things outside of gameplay and try to keep it friendly.
Anyway the mod in the link lets you play as an h2 elite and fight Spartans and marines(pilots "drive drunk")
