The Human Ruler and the Dragon Ruler are boys. Those are the only two I believe. Lol.

Vincent Blackheart is the leader of the humans and just like all leaders he was given free creative range over how he envisioned the lands. He has informed me that after there are more humans in the tribe he will be expanding it to include more.
