The people who have been quarentined are dieing faster each day and people are escaping souls being torn apart by the disease and worst of all the doctors are being murdered by some unknown thing

Mika sat in her bed, her breathing fast and her cold skin covered in even colder sweat. She lifted her shirt up, looking down at her stomach, down at the tattoos that pulsed painfully on her stomach. Slowly, and agonizingly, they were moving, trying so hard to branch to branch to her back, limbs, chest, and head. Trying so hard to kill her.
A sudden feeling of pain shot through her. It did that sometimes. In pain, she fell back onto the bed, tears forming fast in her eyes. It hurt. It hurt so much. She was still in the early stages of the disease but the pain was still immense. Quietly, she hoped someone would visit her. Her partner maybe? What was his name again? She couldn't remember. Her mind had been far too busy trying to survive and put up as much of a fight as it could to bother with keeping the minor things like names and such in memory.

Kite walked unsuited through the front door of the ward. Because eh was a werewolf he was immune to disease and infection so nobody attempted to quarantine him with the others. He walked over to Mika's side and looked sympathetically at his partner as she suffered.
He decided that he would ease her pain the only way he could at the time, rub her neck and try to in his own way make her feel a little better. He rubbed her neck slowly, with strong, sturdy hands. he felt the tension in her neck and slowly began to rub it away, "I'm sorry Mika...I'm so weak. I cant even help you, the one person here who matters to me."

Mika looked vacantly at Kite, searching her mind for his name. Kyle. Kile. Kite. She thought, Kite, that was it She could feel herself relaxing a bit and the pain slowly ebbing back to it's usual, painful drone. "Kite," She said, her voice soft, a slight smile on her lips, "You're not weak." She pushed herself up into a sitting position again and rubbed her eyes, blinking them so they would focus. "Do you have any food...?" She asked. She hadn't had any food in...she didn't bother trying to remember the last time she had food. The point was that she needed to eat, though she felt like her body would reject it and force it out in the form of vomit. Still, she had to at least try to eat something.

Kite reached into a briefcase he had been carrying with him at the time of entrance, "I have a container of were-wolf blood infused water and a sub sandwich, the blood should allow you to drink it and feel better." He pulled the items out and unwrapped the sandwich, pulling out a knife along with it so he could cut it into smaller pieces.
He would feed it to her so she wouldn't have to expend any energy. He also pulled out a cup from the case and poured some water into it which looked like it was tinged with gold from his Lycanthropic blood.

Mika smiled at him again. "Thank you~" She said, "And you don't have to feed food to me this time." She giggled a bit, but it seemed weak. I'll probably throw it up later anyway so why bother eating...? She pessimistically wondered. But she pushed the thought away, or rather, she tried to. She tried to concentrate on something else, but that question and others kept nagging her in the back of her mind.

"If you insist, I wont force you to do anything." Kite smiled at Mika but a worried look could be seen in his eyes. "Mika, when you get better. Im going to take you on the best date ever."
He slowly opened the water and handed the container to Mika and handed her a few pieces of sandwich, "Take a bite then a sip so the water can help calm your stomach."

Her cheeks flushed a light red. A-A date? She thought, surprised. "O-Okay." She stuttered, taking a bite, then taking a sip of the water as she was told. She could feel her stomach try to protest, but it didn't protest to violently and took the food without forcing it back up two seconds later. Why did he call it a date...? We're not dating, we're partners... She wondered.

"You okay?" Kite got quickly up and placed his hand on her forehead, "you suddenly became red, are you feeling warm?" he moved his hand to her cheek then took it off.
He seemed worried but pushed it to the back of his mind while adjusting his eyepatch better then placing his glasses back on. "When you get better, were going to do a lot more. Since we were assigned together we haven't really gotten to talk or learn about one another on account of the disease."

"I-I'm fine." She paused, "Well, I'm not fine but I am. I mean, I'm not running a fever...I think...I feel too cold to have a fever." She had the blankets wrapped around her body in an attempt to keep warm. "That sounds nice." She smiled again, her cheeks returning to their original colour, or rather, the sickly pale colour that dominated her skin.

"Thats good, I'm-" Kite was cut short when his phone began ringing, "Wait a second."he said holding up a single finger twoards Mika.
He listened intently, "Im busy," he waited a few more seconds as the person on the other line continued to talk, "I cant just leave her, I'll postpone the boards meeting to as soon as I can find time." The man on the other line continued to talk, "Talk to my secretary...Yes. Okay, alright. Bye." Kite closed his phone and turned back to Mika. The whole time he had been her partner one thing he had never revealed to her was that he was a were-wolf and he wished to tell her, but didnt really know how to. He had always told her that the blood was from the company he worked for and never revealed to her its true source

Mika looked down, a small on her face. "You know you don't have to stay here with me, Kite." She said. Her voice turned into one more teasing when she continued, "And since when do you have a secretary~? Is she cute~~~?" It was fun to tease him, and very amusing when he blushed or became a bit flustered.

Kite raised an eyebrow, take aback by her comment, "I, uh, I guess she is." His face became a light shade of red as he took into consideration her comment. He decided he would play around with her also, "You should know Mika the only one I want...could ever want is you." He leaned in close to her face like he was going to kiss her, "This will get her flustered for sure," he thought.

Her face flared a bright red again and she leaned back away fromKite. "St-St-Stop s-saying b-bull sh-sh-s**t." She said, stuttering violently. Looking down, she fidgeted with the sheets of her bed, avoiding eye contact with Kite. She knew he was playing with her but she couldn't help how she reacted.

Kite leaned forward a little more than jokingly head-butted Mika before backing away from her, "Why aren't you nervous with your partner. You make me think that if I were to kiss you you might of fainted." Kite laughed at Mika's reaction, she was so young and cute. He put his hand through his long, spiky hair which his hand moved through like it was silk.
