in my opinion, once a dark elf, always a dark elf, no matter what else.
If they want to leave let them, but if they want to stay let them aswell, that's all i have to say

Kill all who fall to the taboo temptations of humanity. Huans are impurity to us elves, like a disease they have spread all over gaia, but they shouldn't be allowed here. If your too weak to stay an elf then like a chorrupt limb we should burn them off.
Also another suggestion is dice system rping. It allows members to make their own story, impossible to godmode or be unfair, tons of fun..

I'm not that active on guild forums, so sorry bout that but i am a dark elf above all else... oh, and i still log in to gaia. also i'm neutral in this matter

sometimes people's avatars don't always add up to what they like or want, or what there character is. I am an example of someone who plays many multiple RPs and Characters at a singl etime, so my Avatar isn't always my RP Character.
furthermore, the love and support of Dark Elves should be enough for one to be in a Guild about them. forcing them to wear a certain skin to remain in just seems oppressive, and borderline fantasy-racist. sad
this is actually another thing I wanna bring up. it seems that no matter how much I remind folks, alot of you take the Dark Elf "love" a little too far... becoming seriously conceited and nazi-ish. and I don't mean that lightly. being a Dark Elf and having Pride in it should NOT mean hating on other races, or feeling entitled to everything being catered to Dark Elves. it should mean solidarity and unity of the Dark Elves, perhaps Dark Elven Nationalism, and even recognizing who is realy against us and opposing those enemies... but not the behavior I have seen in abundance.
take me for example. my general Gaian Character (which my Avatar is typically dressed as) is a Dark Elf who is a Vampire. for that, I get heat from the Dark Elf community for being a Vampire (the hatre dof Vampires seems to be a strong vein in the general Dark Elf community), and from Vampires for my Dark Elf skin because of the constant racist hatred they spew at Vampires. it leaves me stuck in the middle!
so yeh. this issue is alot more serious than it seems, especially in the belly of the beast. being a Man dedicated to Social issues both in and out of rl, I feel the need to bring this up. excluding members because of them not being Dark Elves or wearing the skin will only aggravate the situation further.

I think it's best to keep the guild pure. not trying to be racist to non-dark elves just sayin 3nodding

I say let others join in as well- it might help with more activity. My avi isn't always a dark elf- like right now I'm a kitty. As someone already mentioned, people can be involved in multiple activities, and their avitars may not always reflect dark elf, or whatever other character. Mine changes a lot, but I always got a bit of dark elf in my heart. xd

A man only live for 50 year.
I still think that our noble guild should promote dark elven heritage as a our number on gaia is dwindling. those who have fallen to the temptation of humanhood may one day come back to us and thus should be allowed to stay in the guild. as long as they dont push their way of life upon us all should be welcomes. Altough i must say that light elves should exercise caution when petitioning for their kind among us.Less he can find true love
