One
As the name suggests, this forum is where you make all of your formats. You must make your own topic where you will experiment and save your formats, no one is going to set it up for you. Be sure to title your threads 'Username's Formats' or something along those lines.

This is not the OOC Forum, so do not post here unless it is for formats, and your own formats at that. If you wish to talk to each other, please redirect yourself out of here and to the OOC Forum where you are free to talk about anything you want.

Unless it is your own thread, do not post in the other threads.It is confusing and irritating to the other members who have their threads to work on their own formats. If you break this rule, you will be warned and later banned if you continue it. The better choice is to make your own thread and post your formats there or go to the OOC Forum and talk about whatever in there.
Four
Keep all formats appropriate. Song lyrics with cussing need to be censored so as to not offend any of the members in the guild. Also, be careful of any racist or sexist innuendos or insinuating phrases. These do offend people and will have to be fixed immediately if you are told about it. Failure to act in an appropriate time will result in deletion of that profile and/or ban.

Pictures are required in your formats. This is to help differentiate characters not only by name but also by appearance, and so that people can see your character. The rest of your post format does not need to be fancy or very refined, so don't feel pressured to kill yourself by making a very pretty looking post. Just do your best.

Keep posting font at size 10 or size 9. This makes posts look neater and also makes it easy for others to read. Keep in mind that this is only for posting, the rest of your post format can be any size you wish as long as it is reasonable.

Follow all Gaia's rules and ToS. This refers back to Rule Four, where you must keep it appropriate and non-offensive to other members. Watch your language, and censor if needed. And no sexual-based things. Make sure your picture is appropriate to post up in the Roleplaying Forums and anywhere else. If you question something about it, or if you feel uncomfortable about posting it outside of this guild, then more than likely it is unacceptable to post in the guild.

Have fun making your formats, don't make it feel like a chore that your parents make you do. And most importantly, let your creativity run free. Make your format unique to you.
