Hello! I am your guild master, and this is a forum for new members ESPECIALLY to read as soon as possible after joining. I do recommend reading ALL of this post, and not just skip around from word to word. Please, for the sake of your membership, read this entire post. Thanks.
In this guild, you do not get a rank up just because of one or two things right unless; it's HUGE. Otherwise, you must earn your Ranking to me. Otherwise, without proving you're worthy, you will not get a rank up. Anyone in the guild may interview and recruit, but recruiting will be explained in another topic. Anyways, moving on
Something that is very important is being active. Please try to be as active as possible, at least three-five posts a week. If you're planning to be gone for a long time, please inform me so I dont think you're purposely being inactive!
I would appreciate if people put time and effort into donating into the guild, to keep it up. I will mostly be using my own gold, but help is very appreciated and loved, thank you if you do.
Deleting topics is highly not recommended without my Okay, or me doing it in the first place. It makes the guild look messy and unorganized. To me, anyways. So please, follow that so the guild doesn't look all over the place, for the sake of your guild members, and your guild master. I would like my guild to look organized as possible. I'd like it if it stayed that way.
Disobeying some major orders are a high chance of losing ranks or getting banned from the guild. By orders, I mean rules and the dos and don'ts. Once again, will be explained in another forum. I would enjoy respect. Not to just me, not to the high ranks, but to everyone in the guild. If you do have a problem with someone in the guild, please keep it to yourself or keep your arguments out of the guilds ears, or you will be banned for fighting inside guild walls.
One thing I want to make clear is that: Just because someone may be a higher rank in the guild, does not mean their superior, and if someones a lower rank then you, it does not mean you're superior or better to them. Everyone is equal here, you're not better than me, and I'm not better then you, nor anyone else in this guild.
I leave this for last, but certainly not least. I'm going to make something VERY clear. The one in the guild that goes by Chaotische Schwarzung is my vice, and my best friend. He takes full command when and when im not around. So just as you respect me, you respect him, and everything he will hear, I will also find out. So please don't think you can tell one captain something, and not the other.
