Click on the background and select replace.
There are several ways of making an enter page.
Two main ways are through master pages, and mini pages.
Mini pages are added and cycle through depending on what button you press, in this case you would just put the enter page as the first mini page.
With master pages however, you make the first master page your enter page, then you link the button, text, picture, or whatever to switch over to the second master page.
Mini pages are easier to mess with however, and reduce the lag between switch master pages.
