Thought it would be a great idea to have a place for us to come and plot/discuss/organize stuff OOC involving our mice babies. Just a place to sort of throw around ideas and flesh out RP plots and possibilities.

First Idea: For some reason I see him as being a bit of a runt...would it be ok with all of you for him to be the youngest of the bunch?

Also, just a random thing, has anyone else noticed that Newt's eyes are a bit more orange than his siblings? [or am i just crazy?] Anyone have any ideas as to why that is?

And that is why I made this thread. LOL...if you already wrote that, then that can stay, I don't want to mess with anyones entries.

He's just a bit unsure of himself and clingy to people since losing Shawnie...he doesn't need to be a runt to feel scared and dependent [in fact, better if he isn't, since that would like depression overkill...the baby, the tiniest, emotionally weak...when you break it down, it's too much for one little guy]

But that does get me thinking...should we maybe figure out their birth order? just to figure out who is oldest down to youngest. Also, that would help figure out who is closer to who and help flesh out a bit more of their backstories.

Haha, Rose was attatched to her mother's hip, she didn't even really spend much time with her siblings or care about them that much, she only wanted MOMMY!

I definitely see Alder being first born. and Rose as the youngest. Not sure about Burrik, maybe the youngest of the boys?.

weird, i stick out, Newt doesn't know [or is perhaps in denial] that Shawnie died. everyone else seemed to have ended up at Zephra's except him. [But he had runaway to go find Shawnie, so perhaps he was never taken in]

Perhaps:

Alder
Beatrix
Pantoof
Newt
Burrik
Rose

Alder and Beatrix both stick out to me as being independent, and able to get over their grief sooner. so I'd say they were the oldest. Burrik has the speech pattern of a really young kid, so he would be lower down [near Rose] in my mind. And with Pantoof in 3rd, that makes Newt 4th.

I like Trix on the older end, cause yeah, she's independent, seriously. So it looks good to Me smile

Hey, since Rose was with Shawnie when she died, is it possible that Newt went looking for her as well? It would be interesting if when they were a bit older (and perhaps Newt even gave up at that point) they met again? Rose could even be assumed dead by all the mice o3o *shrug*

Pantoof didn't stay at the orphanage. She went out on her own, sick and tired of that place. And because she's a stubborn little thing. Lova found her wandering.

I really have very little opinion in any of this xDD Which sounds a lot more harsh than I mean it. I had Burrik use a really babyfied speech pattern because Toki is young herself, and wouldn't pick up another kid unless it was someone significantly younger than her to begin with. So there's that.

I'm perfectly fine with the birth order that you guys have lined up. Burrik's very matter-of-fact about the whole ordeal--and also very easily distracted, so I'm not sure he'll think twice about his siblings now that he's been separated from them, though it would be interesting to see how that works out it they encounter each other as adults.

On the whole, Toki's got a very casual attitude about her parents' deaths and what constitutes a "family" and I imagine Burrik will adopt that same attitude just from being in her company.
