A mysterious Pokemon has broken free from a lab.
It is an experiment, but not like the other experiments we know. It's sinister looking and carries a cannon on its back. Clearly, it was made for destruction and as a better weapon than the Mewtwo. Besides that, there is the lab. Hidden in the forest to far right of Hiun. No one knew it was there or for how long. No one knows what it was doing, besides the rubble left over when the Pokemon escaped and the Pokemon itself. A journal was found, but most of the pages are torn or unreadable.
Is there something going on beneath the noses of the city residents?
