Sitting under a tree near a waterfall, ushida sat looking at the ground his sword resting up against him over the left side of his chest. Almost in a dazed look he seemed preoccupied with something inside his mind. His seven tails coiled around him making him almost hidden from sight, the fur on them ruffled when the breeze danced through them. His hair blowing gently to the side.

[then go for it, just approuch ushida, basicly all you'd have to do is talk to him. Ushida is a rather unstable character, normally a law fallowing guy, used to work for bolt, then has his days where he wants to kill the world and acts on those feelings. so all you'd really need to do is disturb him in some way.]

 Killey appeared on the horizonwith a bit of exces rage waiting to be unleashed. He has't been in many fights lately, so he'd definately be a bit rusty, however, he once was apart ofa small time mercenary group and also trained in the great Warrior Village. Recently he'd been having the worst luck and anger has been building up inside of him, he was here now to get rid of that anger or at least get his mind off of other things.He was breaking one of the many strict rules he used to follow, never fight with a clouded mind. Nonetheless, this would merely be a spar and he'd either get himself out of there or leave before anything too serious happened.
He slowly approached Ushida, his right arm ready to c**k back and unsheath Odessa. He quietly spoke to himself to sort of prepare for the battle.
"Odessa, forgive me. I fight without reason, but my loveis still strong. This is merely a spar, nothing bad will happen. This I can assure you. Please, Odessa, lend me your strength."
At that moment he began to forget about all the things going wrong in his life.

The air around ushida begain to heat as static electricity built up and crackled in the air around them. Ushida's fur stood up on end on his tails and his fox like ears poked out from behind the shroud of tails. Ushida's voice muffled from within them. "Go away, leave me alone or I'll have to hurt you........."

Killey hid behind an evil grin as his right arm swiftly reached back and withdrew Odessa. It was a well crafted long sword that could sliced through the air at immense speeds. It sparkled in the bright sun that rested well above them. He moved into a defensive stance, facing Ushida at an angle. He raised his right arm, along with Odessa, above his head while his left arm raised and extended slowly linear to his chest. The palm of his hand faced the sky as he slowly bent the fingers of his hand and made a very ignorant gesture, instigating Ushida to make the first move. He calmed his breathing and closed his eyes, listening carefully to any sudden movements that may be made.

In a burst of leaves and white glare, ushida sprang from his spot, upwards, not moving at the speed of light, or lightning but fast enough that his body was not a clear image. The moment he went upward, his feet banged against the tree and he threw himself through the air over head and into the tree behind killey. Doing the same from that tree he pushed towards him. rotating his body and using the weight of his spin to draw the sword with god like speed he swing at him. His tails fanned out behind him like flame from a missle.

Killey stood there motionless as Ushida jumped over him the first time. However, he concetrated his sense of hearing on Ushida's next move, which was pushing himself off the tree. Anticipating the oncoming slash Killey swiftly turned heel to face Ushida, he brought Odessa down at an angle across his body waiting for the opposing sword to connect. As his foe's sword neared his he crouched slightly and when the blade finally made its frist contact with his own, he pushed upward with his right arm and spun off his right foot. This would place Killey behind Ushida. Their swords, considering their posistion, would connect, but Killey's would slide upward and off which would thus send Ushidas downward with less momentum. As the foe landed Killey took one swift stab at his back using a 'fencer-esque' sword fighting style. This attack was not as accurate as it was forceful, it was simply another guess, he assumed Ushida would attempt to prevent himself from falling face first by stopping the fall completely and leaving him open to the attack on his back. Though, the attack could easily be dodged if he were to roll as he landed. All of Killey's actions seemed to take effect in less than a second, but were simply happening just as fast as Ushida's.

Killey's sword would connect had he not forgot about the sheath, made of cast iron, when his sword connected with ushida's he brought the other hand foward to club him with it, during killeys attempt to get behind him,
*if you dont allow that cause of the bit of time weaving I think you did with the fencing stab this is a alternate post below*
As killey stabbed, ushida did make no motion to dodge or stop himself from landing, the sword penrating ushida, the sound of wood slitting could be heard as his body phased out and a log like branch splintered at the force of the stab. Ushida standing in the tree he was once sitting under, a branch was gone, and a stub now lingered. Ushida standing above, having used a replacement jutsu he glared down at his attacker. "nice"
