Two more days after she had taken the pregnancy test, and Adelle was on the way to the a facility. There, she was going to find out a few things. First and most importantly was how far along she was. If she wasn't that far along then... then there would still be a chance that she would be able to get rid of the baby. She was still a teenager. She didn't want to be a mother yet. She'd seen what it had done with her mother's life; her mother was still young, and yet she was already settling into the life of someone in their thirties. It wasn't what she wanted to happen to herself. At all.
The lust girl was bundled up for once, buried beneath layers and layers of clothing as she went out in the cool late Winter air. Her tentacles were bundled, curled up in the pockets of her sweatshirt, brown eyes peering up through her black hair. Her hair hadn't been washed in far too long, and was dangling in greasy loose curls all around her face.
She left the house that she got to call 'home', a place that she was living with Kaleb's family. The girl was going to be driven insane in that stupid place. Sure, they were all nice to her, and there was almost no one there; they practically had it to themselves. But... they were just driving her crazy. Kaleb was just so clingy with how he loved her and he was here for her and all of this other stupidity!! She hated it.

As Adelle was heading to the Facility, Fitzroy was heading in the opposite direction. While he hadn't been at the Facility proper, he had been loitering around the park nearby, peddling his art wares and enjoying the outside weather, which is how he spent most of his time nowadays. A good forty dollars was added to his pockets, and he was feeling fine, heading to his friend's house for an afternoon of pizza and video games.
That is, until he spotted a familiar figure, albeit greatly diminished in size. He almost walked past her before he noticed, but then it hit him like a ton of bricks. Doing a double-take, Fitzroy darted in front of the girl and grabbed her shoulders, almost unable to believe it. She looked... so much different. In a bad way, all. Her hair was greasy, her eyes were dull, and she was so thin, but underneath it all, she was still his precious...
"Adelle?"

Adelle's mind was too far gone even to notice someone who was once so precious to her, nor someone as different in appearance as Fitzroy was. Her body was curled against itself. She was so scared of what was happening to her, the pain of her stomach tearing any energy she had ever had away. There was nothing she could think of that was more important than getting to the clinic as soon as she possibly could, before anything could happen. Before it was too late...
And even as she walked, the clock was ticking. Eventually, tears started trickling down her face, disguised by the rain. All too soon, something caught her attention. Immediately assuming the worst, she yanked her wrist out of his grasp, stumbling backward. When her eyes flicked back up from the ground beneath her, they widened, showing all of those chocolate brown irises. Yet she was still a shell of her former self, the bones that built up the beautiful, excitable girl that she had once been.
"F-Fitzroy...?"

As soon as Adelle stumbled back, Fitzroy flew forward to catch her, eyes still widened in a jumble of emotions. Amazement, gratefulness, sadness, confusion; all of those things reflected in his chocolaty eyes, the same as hers. A strange chuckle fell from his throat at the sound of his name, and he nodded desperately, as if he was talking to an animal. "Y-Yeah, Fitzroy! Fitzroy, th-that's me, and you're Adelle, oh GOD ADELLE!"
Unable to control himself anymore, Fitzroy wrapped his beautiful Adelle, the love of his life no matter what, in his arms, holding her as gently as he could manage. Every inch of him wanted to squeeze with all of his strength, but he knew that he couldn't unless he wanted her broken in half. So instead he dug his fingers into her clothing, trembling with emotion as he struggled to stay on his feet. "I- I- I c-c-c-can't b-believe it, it's really you, oh God Adelle I've missed you so much!" His devilish teeth bit into his lip to keep himself from bawling like a child. He just couldn't believe it... It had to be a miracle. Every hellish thing that had happened to them so far, it had to be so that they would reunite here. "Thank you God..."

The gasp that broke free of her throat wasn't one that Adelle tried to hide. A faintly pained noise escaped her lips when she was pulled into such a tight embrace, only adding to the pain that both fear and the parasite within her stomach had given her. Her hands stayed pressed against her chest, the only thing that separated the two of them. Currently, just that was Adelle's security blanket, tears still dripping from her eyes.
"I... I'm s-sorry, Fitzroy..." she murmured quietly, shoulders trembling with tire. Gently, she pressed against his chest. Despite the reunion, she could not be assuaged, could not be distracted from her intended destination. She needed to get to the clinic, and needed to get to it as soon as she possibly could. She couldn't waste a moment, couldn't risk the result of what putting it off could do to her, could do to the rest of her life... "I c-can't just... I have to be s-somewh-where..."
