Shinigami
• If you wish to become a captain, please send me a RP sample, a link to your current profile, and which squad you are trying to become captain of.

•All new Shinigami start off with a regular Zanpaku-to, kidou’s 1-10, and basic training in the four basic aspects of a Shinigami. (This includes Hakudou, Zanjutsu -Swordsmanship-, Kidou, Hoho-Speed and Endurance-)

•No new member of the guild will have Shikai to start with. Since there won’t be a set time to obtain shikai, it’s up to the Captain to deem the person worthy of getting that power. The Captain can train the person or recommend them to someone so that they can be trained.

•In order to learn the more advanced kido a member may seek training for specific spells they wish to learn. The higher the persons rank the easier and less taxing it will be on their bodies to learn and use new spells.

•For one to obtain Bankai, they would have to submit a request to their Captain explaining as to why they feel they are worthy of getting bankai. In turn, the Captain will submit this request to the crew and the crew will decide if the person gets bankai or not.

• For Shunpo, just like Shikai, that decision is solely based on the Captain HOWEVER it should be only taught to persons that are 5th seat and above.

Quincys

•The Quincy Clans CAN Ally themselves with either the Soul Society, Hueco Mundo, or they could just stand alone in this battle. Keep in mind that if they do ally themselves with either sides, it won’t be a close partnership. It will be strained because it was forced due to certain cirucumstances.

•There will be custom Quincy Clans in the guild. A thread will be made with the list of Quincy clans that are in the guild. If one doesn’t want to be with said Quincy Clans, they CAN reign from the Ishida Clan.

•Each Quincy Clan will have it’s own Bejahrt.

• New members of the Quincy can start out as a Human that possess the innate ability to manipulate the spiritual pressure around them.

• The Quincy Bejahrt or anyone the Bejahrt thinks that is 'qualified' will teach you how to form the first version of your bow... Which, initially, isn't going to be very complex. The likely scenario of your initial bow would be an unstable reishi bow that can fire simple arrows of reishi.

• As you all might know, Quincy have a range of accessories and techniques that you will need to master, as a Quincy, to rise up through the ranks.

Vizards
In order to join the Vizard faction, you have to be picked by the Vizard leader. You cannot just go and claim that you are a Vizard or say so on your profile unless you got picked. It all depends on the leader. Please don't come to the GC or GVC asking for a spot.

•Just because you are a Vizard, does not make you ‘elite’ in the guild. Unless you are a crew member, you HAVE to follow the rules just like everyone else in the guild. No exceptions.

•You must maintain a high level of literacy to join this faction.

•To become a Vizard, you have to at least have Shikai and/or Bankai.

•The Vizard leader or someone that the leader considers qualified will teach the newcomer the abilities and whatnot of the Vizard.

•The limit for this faction is cut off to 6.


Humans
•If you are a new human, you don’t realize that you have any powers. You’ll be able to sense stuff, but to really unlock your powers you might have to go through some kind of event to unlock your abilities. You can be trained by a Shinigami, Quincy, or even by other Humans that have unlocked their ability.

Arrancars
•A new Arrancar will not possess the ability to release his resurrección. You must first train and develop your character and when you believe your character is prepared to achieve his resurrección you may request training from the King of Hueco Mundo, who may then either train you himself or assign someone else to the task.

•Upon achieving resurrección, an Arrancar will also obtain the ability to use a personalized cero.

•New Arrancars begin with no knowledge of Hougudo spells. They must train in order to acquire spells they wish to know. However, the lower the Arrancar's rank the more taxing higher level spells will be to both learn and use.

•In order to increase in rank, Arrancars must challenge whomever possesses the rank they wish to obtain. This battle must take place before the King of Hueco Mundo. Once the battle is finished, the King will judge the winner. If the challenger wins, he will ascend to the new rank while the loser shall be demoted to the winner's former rank. It is not mandatory to accept a challenge, however, try to be fair and allow others a chance at raising their rank. If you lose, you could always fight your way back to the top.

•Segunda Etapa (Second Stage) will be limited to very few Espada who the King has trained chosen and trained personally. The King of Hueco Mundo will choose Espada who he wishes to obtain this second form of release. Requesting training for this form will not increase your chances of receiving this power.

•Arrancars are allowed to travel freely between Earth and Hueco Mundo. However, causing large scale destruction during these trips is strictly forbidden. Only minor attacks are allowed if the Arrancar chooses to attack anything at all.

•Espada are allowed to choose their own fracción to serve them.
