It wasn't often that Maia had ever spoken to the parallel guardian cat, but not because she did not wish to. So now she found herself patrolling with the guardian and feeling extremely curious as to her and how she operated versus the whites moons guardian cats. She really did not know much about the cat or many of the members of the BMC, but she sought to remedy that as they were her team and she trained with them and fought with them.
She looked through the trees of the park frowning lightly wondering if she was go to the park tonight. She was attacked nearly every time she entered a park and she wasn't sure Zirconia was up for a battle tonight, or if she had been in any battles as of late or ever for that matter.
She looked to her with a curious look, before looking back to the park. Destiny City Central park was anything, but safe at night. Often housing youma and negaversers looking for a starseed to snatch.
"Fair warning," she said, "going into the park is pretty dangerous and it is very very likely when we leave to report back we will be plus a few bumps and bruises."

Zirconia, when around BMC members, usually just hovered around Ares or Laocoon. They were familiar to her, and she didn't like accepting new people, even though in her mental hierarchy she had taken note of a few she found... acceptable. Even likable upon further inspection.
She didn't mind Sailor Maia, which was actually a fairly positive thing considering she usually looked specifically for reasons to dislike unfamiliar people. Plus she got to tag along on a patrol and the senshi didn't seem to mind her. She was trying to contain the bristling excitement at that. Back in her prime, Zirconia was not action oriented. It was more of a 'stay in the kingdom and deal with politics' sort of thing. Now that she was in the midst of the battlefield that was Destiny City, not being involved in the action brought about a useless feeling should could barely stand, even if she was ill-equipped to participate.
"Understood," She said, attempted to look stoic and serious looking as she crept around Maia when she paused or trying to match her speed when she moved, and also trying to seem like she didn't find this fun and exciting to near giddy levels. Which she did. She just thought announcing it would be a little inappropriate.
She gave a look to the park and back up to Maia. "I trust your judgment," she said after a short moment. She really didn't have much of a choice, considering this was her first real patrol other than her early days in this universe where she prowled around looking for trouble her senshi. The park was unknown territory. But the super senshi could probably handle it, she figured.

Maia nodded at Zirconia and started walking again, her heeled boots clicking as they hit the pavement. She frowned and softened her steps so the clicks were not so loud. If one looked they would noticed her heel barely touched the ground and she seemed mostly to be walking on the ball of her foot. Being a ballerina allowed for that and she could do it with ease for large amounts of time, but eventually she would move into the grass which was no visible around piles of melted snow.
She looked down to Zirconia and decided to ask her question. "Why was it you wished to come with my patrolling tonight," she said her voice soft, not wanting to draw attention to her. "Can you search for other parallels like the white moon senshi? For that matter, how did they even get to earth anyway?"

"I am accustomed to watching wars from a distance. Since that is no longer acceptable, I'm eager for these opportunities to be useful," Zirconia answered in an equally soft voice, her senses all on high alert for any nearby signatures.
"I can search for parallels," She stated, and then grimly added, "But there isn't really much of a point anymore." As far as how the parallels ended up on earth, that was deliberately ignored. She would leave that to Ares to share when/if she ever found it appropriate or necessary. "I can sense your White Earth things too, but I'm still learning the various signatures as I encounter them."
Despite her dignified speech pattern, the fluffy creature looked a bit silly, following after the senshi, experimenting with different styles of 'creeping' and occasionally flicking her paws when she felt like they were getting too dirty. Poor Zirconia was obviously a strictly indoors only cat.

Lily nodded feeling a bit out of place. It still seemed an odd thing that the parallel weren't from this world but they were just as much as part of the this war as she was. Not only that they were trapped here.
"I'm sorry," Maia mumbled, "I wish it was still possible for you to do so. It must be hard for to be stuck here. I bet you miss your home."
She continued forward watching Zirc from the corner of her eye. It amused her to see the cat sneaking about and seemingly seemingly disliking dirt as much as she disliked mud. She was about to suggest carrying Zirconia when she felt something. She looked down to Zirconia and frowned.
"I think we have a visitor," she said stopping and holding her stance trying to spot what was watching them.

"Are you su-" Zirconia had a brief moment of doubt before snapping into a braced stance, facing the 'visitor', fur standing on end while she put her concentration into identifying the presence.
She had to break her concentration, just for a moment, to glance back and see if Maia was equally battle ready, which might've been a mistake, but Maia was a 'newbie', at least from Zirconia's point of view, and it was hard to trust new people to watch your back.

Maia of course was ready for whatever it was and this could be 'noted' as Zirc looked at her. My was new to the BMC, a cadet, but not at all new to being a senshi. She had done the youma thing many many time before.
She watched as it stepped out of the shadows wiggling about. It was green and faceless and it quite resembled a giant beanstalk, like in the story, but it wasn't rooted that for sure. It was much bigger than Maia and Zirc, but thankfully not much bigger that the tree itself.
Maia frowned, "Why always with the giant youma," she grumbled annoyed to have to deal with yet another big one. She wasn't really sure how to take this one out. She could slow it down but would she be able to stomp out the thick stalk.
"Watch out," she hissed at Zirc as a vine snapped at the shot bean at the her, which would explode like little firecrackers on contact.
((Its fine sorry for the wait ... my muse it escaped me))
