Co-own Contest for Newbies #2

This is the second part of the Valentine's Day newbie co-own contest. I was gifted beautiful Niall in the flaffle, and like Caryiln Naia, he is in need of a solid history and personality. His temper is "straightfoward" and you're going to have to work with that. I'm looking for someone who can portray that character...

1. Follow Gaia’s TOS and Questline rules. Please do not spam or discourage anyone from entering.
Updated- 2. Newbies: someone who owns 0 to 1 soq. Co-owning counts as half.
3. I reserve the right to not choose anyone if none of the entries work for me.
4. Be sure you are ok with the general outlines for co-owning. We will work out details privately.
5. Must keep name and temper assigned.
6. Fill out personality, history, and prompt. Note: If using the ‘open’ prompt you must include your prompt to be counted.
7. Proxies are not allowed, but you can certainly refer a newbie here. In fact, please do!
8. Questions are welcomed to be pmed to me.
9. You can only co-own one of the ponies, but you can enter for both ^_^
Guidelines - Please be familiar with how the Soquili shop works. Though it's not required, it will make it easier for both of us (though I will explain anything at all that you need explaining =) ).

What Happens if You Win
I'd like to call this a "cooperative co-ownership" - meaning that we are totally involved and communicative in what's going on with him.
*50/50 RP [in character and out of character] rights - I would like to keep track of all plots/RPs, though ^_^
*Sharing sig rights - you can put him in yours, I can put him in mine
*You get 1 basket from 1 breeding, I get one basket from 1 breeding, and we co-own 1 basket from 1 breeding
*Picking the girl for your breeding is up to you, but I'd like to approve her to make sure she fits him. We will also approve each other's choices for the other two breedings (my breeding and the co-owned basket breeding).
*Major life-altering decisions that either of us come up with (lifemating, joining a herd, skinwalkering, etc.) must be discussed completely before putting things into action.
*Stats will be kept in my teepee, but you're welcome to keep her info in yours as well.
*If you are absent from Gaia and I haven't heard anything from you for six months, ownership will return to me.

Name: Caryiln Naia
Temper: Loving
Personality: Caryiln Naia truely lives up to her title: The Queen of Hearts. She is caring, protective, loving. She does not judge others when she first sees them, she gives them a chance.
History: She grew up in a loving enviroment and was treated well. Her mother and father loved her dearly and taught her well in order to be prepared for life. She always wanted to be like her parents, loving, which she is now.
Prompt and Response: Prompt 1- Caryiln is traveling when she comes across two injured soquili. Their attacker, a skinwalker(or kalona if you choose), is nearby looking furious and with intent to kill. What does Carylin decide to do?

"It was a beautiful day," thought Caryiln, As she travels from the stream, where she stop to take a drink to the forest near by. Caryiln soon got a shiver and, while the forest was usually a bright and warm place, it had a scary chill to it.

"Something is wrong," said Caryiln. Caryiln should know. Caryiln would usually sense what another was thinking about and would know how they were feeling. But whoever was nearby, doesn't seem to friendly.

Caryiln knew not to run, even though every sense of her wanted too. She doesn't want to provoke the one who was near by....watching her.

Caryiln moved further into the woods, when she felt pain. Not her's but someone else's. She followed her gut feeling and came upon two injured soquili. Caryiln rushed over to the two, ignoring what she thought about earlier about running.

"Oh my gosh! Are you alright?!" Caryiln moved a little bit closer and looked at the two, one was unconcious and the other one wasn't, for the Soquili tried to move it's mouth in order to speak. "Shh," Cariln said as she walked over to a nearby stream. She grabbed some medical herbs and mixed them in water and placed them on the wounds of both Soquili. "Don't move, give yourself time to heal-"

Caryiln spin around and looked at the shadows. Underneath them, was a Skinwalker. Without turning around, both Soquili got up and, even though they were injured, both were ready to fight. Caryiln moved infront of them and standing her ground. She doesn't like fighting, Caryiln would like to avoid confrontation as much as she can.

In a nice tone, Caryiln spoke. "Why don't you come on out?"

The Skinwalker did what Caryiln said but it was in an attack position. Caryiln looked at the Skinwalker carefully, it was thin with wounds on the side it had a craze look in it's eyes, but she knew that it was also tired by the way it was breathing.

Both of the Soquili was about to pounce, she shook her head and turned to the Skinwalker. "I know you are hurt and tired, probably hungry at most. Why don't you let us go and we would leave you in peace?"

The Skinwalker seemed to be struggling with something and shook it's head. Caryiln realized that it was fighting a battle within and see looked at it's feet, they weren't paws, they were hooves, a curse skinwalker.

Caryiln turned around and shouted, "RUN!" As the Skin walker pounced. The two injured Soquili were running beside her but they were still tired about their injures. The Skinwalker soon was catching up to the two who were injured. Caryiln then bump into the Skinwalker and block the Skinwalker's path. "KEEP RUNNING! I WILL GIVE YOU TIME TO ESCAPE!"

Caryiln felt the other's leave but she wanted to buy more time for them. The Skinwalker pounced as Caryiln dodge and paw the air. She made sure that the Skinwalker wasn't hurting her or that she was hurting it. As soon as she felt she gave the other Soquili time she turned and dashed.

The Skinwalker was soon hot on her heals as she dashed through the forest. Soon Caryiln smelled water in the air and she knew a river was coming up. She pushed herself to run harder and faster, when an edge of the a cliff came, she pushed herself off towards the edge and jumped.

She then landed across the river and took a moment to look over her shoulder. The Skinwalker staggered and almost fell off the cliff and it took a moment to look around and across the river. Caryiln didn't as she then took off in a dash towards the end of the forest.

When she broke through she stopped at the middle of the clearing as she finally took a breather and a look at the forest behind her.

The Skinwalker was cursed and she frowned upon that. But she was also glad that the Skinwalker chased her. She was able to give the two injured Soquili time to get to safety.

But she was also glad that no one was hurt any further, the two Soquili, herself, and the Skinwalker.

Caryiln smiled faintly and turned around, continuing her journey.

If you could add/change one item in the general co-owner terms I’ve listed, what would it be? Why? I dont see anything wrong with the general agreements. I agree with the terms I see.
