Hello Third Division

Our Lieutenant spots is open currently and I'd like to fill it.

So, if you would like to fill this spot, you need only send me a PM with a small RP sample (No specifications on size but not small) The one with the best sample shall claim the spot. It is still open to all members, but I'd rather someone take it that is currently in the Third Division.
