Prusset suggested something of the sort so that the people who wanted to play as king could know what they were up against. I suppose that this forum could be used as the headquarters for stating your rank, but I'm open for suggestions on how that would be determined (what kind of testing for instance), how rank would change (people get better over time) and also if individuals could judge themselves before initial judging. We will also have to determine a judge panel (obviously experienced chess players) and a pending list. So far though, it seems like a good idea.
