I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, but I took a snapshot while watching the 3 episode Sailor Moon Special. Here's Michiru/Sailor Neptune, supposedly, in a reincarnation bubble, but coming from the Moon. Why do you think she was there? I didn't see Haruka/Sailor Uranus.
