Customs are only fully growing, and yes you do have to meet the journal requirements to make them grow.
Custom Price: 1 mill (This price has gone up recently due to the fact that with these customs you are getting four full pieces of art exactly how you want them, from the lines up. This is a lot of work for us because we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with each piece.)
