 Masozi strolls through the forest, minding his own business. It had been a while since he'd just been on his own, alone with his thoughts. He'd been spending his time lately at home with his mother and with Aunt Elizabeth, helping them around the house. Now that Kieran was gone with his family, he was the man of the house, though it was still clear that Elizabeth ruled the roost, as evidenced by her constant playful threatening to kick out his mother Amapola. Such was the way between siblings, he supposed.
Not that he'd know, being separated with his sister as young as they were. He'd met Zaria once. She didn't recognize him, and was as utterly self-absorbed as everything Masozi had heard from his mother about their father, a slick, fast-talking leprechaun with no morals and no redeeming qualities.
Masozi had swore long ago that if he ever became a father he'd be a better one than his own...lack thereof. He'd take care of his children, even if their birth had been an accident, as he'd deduced early on his and Zaria's had been.
Masozi pauses and sits by a pond. He pokes at a lilypad with a stick and sighs.

 Miniel was on her own again, which was nice. She liked to get away from her mother, her father and their problems. Miniel was one who believed that love came from anywhere and knew that deep down they loved each other. It was really too bad her grandmother and her girlfriend, well ex girlfriend, couldn't see it. She was still hoping those two would get back together, Miniel was deep down at her core a romantic.
She was wandering about, not thinking anything in particular. She saw the pond and a pae next to it. He looked vaugely familar. Was he someone she had known?
Miniel walked straight up to the pae with a large grin on her face. "Hello, have we met before?" They must have, right?

Masozi looks up abruptly. "Oh! Um, perhaps?" He stands up, as is appropriate for when a woman enters. "I'm Masozi, if it helps. You do look familiar." He smiles warmly.
And she did look familiar, he realized. Like perhaps he'd met her as a child. Or something. His childhood mostly seemed a blur. She had a sweet face and energetic smile. And--oof!--those legs! He tries hard not to stare, but she is very pretty, and he is a man. One who'd had no love in his life since, oh, ever. He fixates his gaze on her face, trying not to be creepy at the same time.
"I think I do remember you," he says, narrowing his eyes as if recalling. "Your name started with an M too, didn't it?"

"Masozi..." She said the name and it rolled off her tongue. Made her think about water..."OH I know!" She recalled meeting him as a child.
She smiled and pulled out a capsule and held it out to him. "Familiar? Yup, I'm Miniel!" She smiled at the childhood memories. "So, what have you been up to?" Other than growing up, that was more than obvious. She looked him up and down and blushed at her thoughts, he looked quite handsome.

"I do remember you!" exclaims Masozi, chuckling, when she pulls out her little capsule. "I don't suppose you've gotten better at using it?" he teases gently with a warm smile.
"I've mainly been helping my mother around the house," he says with a casual shrug. "Increasingly, though, I've been wanting to get out and find a space of my own. Living with Mother and Aunt Elizabeth can be fun, but they're like old hens sometimes, pecking away at each other. I feel like their life is one big inside joke, and I'm not in on it. They're sisters, and have been friends forever, and...oh, I don't know. I feel like an intruder sometimes, you know?" He looks up and realizes he's been babbling.
"I'm sorry, I'm rambling." He blushes. "How have you been?"

Miniel blushed and then opened it, "Well, it still only makes one good thing a day..." Inside was a red and yellow striped bouncy ball.
Miniel chuckled, "Not bad of a ramble. I have been trying to get away from my family too. The cave isn't the best place to be." Especially since her Dad was a bit scary at times, but that wasn't something she told others. "I can agree to the intruder bit." That was something she could understand.
She looked out to the pond and then back at Masozi, "So, you got a girlfriend?" She loved well...love and loved to hear about it from others.

Masozi takes the bouncy ball out with his thumb and forefinger. "That's interesting. Do you have any control over what it does, or is it always toys or candy?" He tosses it up and catches it.
Girlfriend? He stifles an almost bitter laugh. "Er, no," he says, running his non-ball-holding hand through his curly mop of hair. "I, um, don't really get out much. You?" he asks, straining to keep the awkward hope out of his voice.

"Seems to be candy and toys mostly. I can never really control it. Maybe eventually?" It was a sorta lousy power if you coouldn't control it, but she still liked it. It was the sponenatiy that she liked best.
Miniel blushed, "Nope..." She hadn't really done anything with boys or girls for that matter. She nodded, "Me either." She was cooped up in a cave most of the time.

"Oh, that's, um, nice?" He coughs awkwardly. "I mean, it isn't nice that you don't have a boyfriend, just nice that I...don't have to fight anyone for your honor, I suppose." He laughs nervously. "I mean, honestly I'm a little surprised, as sweet as you are..." Not to mention pretty. But she was nice, and men liked nice girls, didn't they? At least the right sorts of ones did. Then again, his mother was a nice woman, and so was Aunt Elizabeth. And did the same principle apply to men? Kieran was always a bit of a tease and a goof, but Masozi supposed he couldn't say anything bad about his cousin. And he had a lovely family, didn't he?
Masozi blinks and shakes his head as he realizes he'd been staring again, off in his own train of thought.
[I think here should be Enter Eros, if that's cool with you. You can go ahead and decide who he hits, and if it's Masozi just godmode it for like 2 seconds, lol]

[I think actually I'll Time Skip to after Eros hits them (eh, I figure both of them get hit lol) and then let you respond, Spooky, and then we can Time Skip again to after the sexy rumpus happens.]
Masozi glances up at Miniel; they hadn't said anything in a while, just sat in companionable silence together. Suddenly there's a pain at his back, which melts straight into his breast. He loves her, he realizes. She's sweet and kind and very pretty, and she seems interested in him as well, and hell if that wasn't love.
He wonders if she feels the same way. Sheepishly he moves to take her hand, a goofy, boyish smile on his face.

Miniel smiled and watched Masozi. She felt a pain in her back as well. What was...then she felt a warmth washing over her. It felt so good, and she looked at the pae next to her, it must be him that made her feel so good.
He took her hand and she blushed. "Um..." What to say? She had so many feelings going through her and other thoughts, thoughts she hadn't had before...all to do with this pae. She leaned closer to him and had a smile to match.

Masozi finds his courage and leans into her for a gentle kiss. As his lips touch hers, fireworks go on in his head and his heart. He wraps his arms around her, folding her into him. She's warm and soft and she smells sweet and feminine. He sighs gently and kisses her again. This must be what heaven feels like.

Miniel felt the kiss and then hungered for more. As he pulled her to him, she threw her arms around him. She sighed and found his lips again, she wanted more kisses! "What was coming over her, she didn't know, nor did she care. This was wonderful, even better than the best candy her mom could make...

Masozi groans as he sits up. Every muscle in his body aches. Oh, but it was such a sweet ache! He runs a hand through his curly mop of hair. He'd had such an amazing dream! He glances around. And there was Miniel.
Perhaps...it hadn't been a dream? Suddenly he feels as if a fog had lifted from him. Had they...? They must have...judging by how he feels. Oh dear. He's a little fuzzy on the details, but he remembers she seemed to have been...enjoying herself. He smiles down at her. "Well, that was....fun..." he says, laughing nervously.
Masozi isn't sure what had come over him. He's normally so slow and methodical, not prone to letting passion overtake him. He hopes Miniel won't think less of him. Just thinking of her makes his heart ache blissfully.

Miniel opened her yes slowly and sighed. She ached a bit as well, but it was a good ache. She lifted her head up and saw Masozi laying beside her. Wait, what had happened? She remembered talking then feeling a bit amorus, a feeling she hadn't had before...then it was a bit unclear. Her mom had lectured about this...had they?
They had to of...'Yeah, it really was...fun..." What was she supposed to do know? She liked him and all, but wasn't that a bit...well quick? Weren't you supposed to date or something first? She felt good and a mixture of shame that she let herself go so easily. She looked at him without words...did he think less of her?
((Ok threw a little bit of confusion in just for a bit of fun. biggrin ))
