Flora had been tearful as she recounted the events of what happened last in Elysion to Chronos, and the Princess of the Zodiacs was sorry to hear that the Negaverse had taken over a part of that sanctuary. She wished that she had been there to help, to make a difference; it was hard to think of the place where she had reunited with Eon being corrupted. She had to see for herself, despite wondering if she should keep out and have her memories of the place remain as it was. It was a harsh bitter truth she had to face.
And so, Chronos awoke in Elysion, and making her way over to the place in front of the Sanctuary, looked over sadly at the dark energy gathered over where Flora said it would be. "I'm sorry." She murmured softly, hugging herself as she tore her eyes away from the horrible sight. She was sorry towards Helios, for not being there to assist in the battle, and also, towards Eon. It didn't really make sense to feel apologetic towards him, but he wouldn't have liked it if he had seen what she had just witnessed, she knew.

Fast asleep in her bed there was a small child sleeping and in Elysion there was a small senshi had made her way around the sanctuary of the dream world. It wasn't her first time and it certainly wasn't her last time being there. She was always so happy to come here, and for once she had arrived at a time there was no one else around. There was no fighting, there was no one in pain. There were no tears in the small senshi's eyes as she watched those around her rage war, as they stole the home away from her friend. No, for once it was peaceful. Just her and her bunny plush who hid under a secret identify given to him by Hypnos herself. She certainly didn't want anyone to find out her precious prince Octavian Oswald was Thanatos!
"Just you and me today... Thanatos," the little senshi said as she explored the Sanctuary. "Perhaps we can find Big Kitty..."
Big Kitty... Mister Birdy. Mister Birdy! The small senshi did not know what had happened to her small bird friend. He had told her that no one would die, they would just go back home... right? He sent them home, but... who sent him home? She small senshi shook her head. She had to have hope in the quail, after all, he couldn't be gone. She still had his feather, she had a part of him. He'd be with her forever. She'd find him.
Lost in her thoughts, it was no surprise that Sailor Chibi Hypnos didn't see the woman standing there. Not until she almost bumped into her and fell down on her butt. She made a small squeak and tried to push herself off of the ground but instead her eyes went up to the woman who was standing there. She couldn't see much of her, except the long green hair. Who was she? She didn't seem like she wanted to take more things away from her Mister Birdy and Big Kitty.

Cora wasn't sure if she wanted to come back in Elysion after the lost battle in Quail's Eye's field. She still blamed herself of the loss, even though Ainsley had said everything was okay. If only she would have arrived earlier. Maybe the result of the battle would been different....
There was a little hope though and because the little girl was so sure he would be alive, she had decided to give it a try and find him for her. So, she had settled herself on top of Ainsley's chest and closed her eyes. In the next moment, she was in Elysion. In fact, she found herself on top of stumbled Chibi Hypnos. It took a moment for her to realize where she was.
"You're here!" she let out a gleeful yell and pushed her cheek againgst Hypnos' own. Guardian cat's happiness was almost overwhelming. Never again she would lose her in Elysion. Never again!
She kept stroking the little girl with cheek for some time, purring happily and just feeling glad they were together again. She could feel the glorious energy of princess Chronos behind her but to that she didn't react right away. It wasn't until new memories suddenly popped in her mind. The elegant energy behind her was familiar to her in a way. She hadn't met princess Chronos herself but in her past life, she definately had met royalty. She just didn't remember their names. And there she was, in front of the member of royal family without giving a proper greeting!
Instantly, she pulled herself back and hopped away from Hypnos' lap. The cat went in front of the princess and... knealt down. "Your Highness," she spoke softly, her voice full of respect gaze down on the ground. "Pardon me my rudeness before."

All Chronos could think about now was Helios, Eon, and also, the deceased members of the Zodiac. Aries' face floated into her mind, and she could imagine the expression of displeasure she would have towards the current situation. It wasn't hard, seeing as how Aries had carried that stoic look most of the time; but at least, she thought, in an attempt to console herself, she was sure Aries would have privately rejoiced at having the Opal Crystal back. It seemed so long ago when Wiseman had ripped it out of her, and Aries and Gemini were there to catch her.
These thoughts were put aside for the moment as something, or someone, bumped into her, and Chronos whirled around, clutching her staff. It could have been a Negaverse agent, for all she knew, but upon seeing the Chibi Senshi upon the ground, she immediately relaxed, squatting down besides the young girl. "Are you alright?" The green-haired girl asked, worried. Partly because it was her fault for not looking, though mostly because this was a senshi and she was so young and could get hurt! She was younger than Pierette!
A cream-colored Guardian Cat suddenly appeared atop the fallen girl and Chronos drew back slightly in surprise. She had never met this Guardian Cat before, but of course, there were more Guardian Cats than she knew, and she was glad that one was looking out for this particular senshi. "O-oh!" was the reaction Cora received; the Princess looking slightly flustered at the formal greeting. She quickly regained her bearings, first helping the young senshi then the Guardian Cat to rise up on their feet. "It's alright to dispense with the formalities. I'm honored to meet both of you."
To ease the confusion in Hypnos, she introduced herself. "I'm Princess Chronos of the Zodiacs. May I know what your names are?"

The small senshi made a loud squeak when her dear guardian cat fell on top of her, which was promptly followed by some giggling and squealing as she began to hug Cora as she stroked and nuzzled her furry face against the child's She was happily hugging her, murmuring a, "Of course I am here," as she did so. The snugglefest was cut short though when the small cat pulled herself away, the child's eyes following the cat until the cat stopped and knelt down in front of the other person... oh! The small child had momentarily forgotten about the person who had caused her to fall.
Your highness? The child thought about it quietly until she heard the words 'Are you all right?' Of course she was all right! The child nodded her head with haste until finally her eyes widened in response to the girl's introduction. Princess? Princess? Princess? Princess of the Zodiacs? Wait, what were Zodiacs? She knew what a princess was... princess.
"Really?" The child questioned as she found her way to her feet. "You're a princess? You have a wonderful prince, right?" It may have been an insensitive question considering the circumstances but it was an innocent one. The child thought about it carefully: she had to have a prince right? One who saved her from danger and protected her with all his heart and would love her forever and ever? She clapped her hands together, the plushie in her arms dangling carefully.
"I want a prince of my own someday~~" she said with a soft sigh.
"Oh," she realized. She got distracted and hadn't introduced herself!
"My name is Sailor Chibi Hypnos, Senshi of Sleep!" She said before she paused as to hold up her plushie with a smile. There was no way she couldn't introduce him as well. "This Thanatos," she said as she took another breath and looked down at Cora. "The little kitty down there is Cora, isn't she a cutie? She keeps me nice and toasty at night!"
"What are Zodiacs?" She finally asked.

"As you wish, princess Chronos," the guardian cat said. She greeted the princess with a slight nudge against her hand when she was guiding her back on her feet and let out in the air a content purr.
Cora felt happy that Hypnos could finally meet a princess. The little girl was so enchanted by fairytales. She talked about princes and princesses all the time. Now, the real princess was in front of her. For the first time Cora felt proud that she had summoned Hypnos' henshin pen and guided her in the senshihood. The cat watched contently them introducing theirselves to each other.
"Am not," Cora said then as Hypnos had called her cutie. Slight blush formed on her cheeks and she turned her gaze away from them, not really knowing how to react. Creamy tail swung from side to side and the cat tried to hide her sudden flustering.
After a moment, she started to lick her left paw and brush her ears with it.

There was an awkward pause as Princess Chronos took in the young girl's question, contemplating her answer as Hypnos rambled on and introduced herself. Chibi senshi! Really! She had heard about them, seen one at a meeting before, but this was her first time meeting one proper. "I do have a Prince." She finally managed out, forming an acceptable answer in her mind. To pour out everything about Eon to young Hypnos would be cruel; Chronos didn't have the heart to make the girl sad. Not when fighting was abound around her. "He watches down on me and keeps me safe." Hopefully, even though that seemed rather vague, she wouldn't get any follow up questions about Eon.
"It's very nice to meet you, Hypnos. And Thanatos and Cora too." The green-haired senshi gave the guardian cat a smile and leaned over to stroke her fur gently. "You are indeed very adorable, Cora. Guardian cats are very modest. Zue likes to pretend he doesn't care about compliments but I know he's always secretly flattered."
"The Zodiacs," she began; now this was a story she could tell! "Have a long history. Would you like me to tell you our story?" At this, Chronos sat on the grass primly, and gestured to the two to do the same as well.

The chibi senshi's eyes went wide and her face formed into a grin as she thought about how wonderful it must be for Princess Chronos to have a prince. Not just a prince, but a prince who watched over her and kept her safe! It was like the fairy tales she always read while in the library! She wished she had a prince to rescue her when she was in danger, and to watch over her -- keeping her safe! For now, the child would be happy with her animal friends. They did such a wonderful job, there was no reason to replace them so soon! If all else failed, she always had her prince Octavian Oswald, even if she was too old for him. Best of both worlds, too.
The small child gave a small curtsy to the princess, and giggled towards Cora as she playfully said, "You cannot argue with a princess! You're a cutie!" After that, the child's head tilted back to the princess as she watched her sit on the grass so primly, her face continuing to smile as the princess gestured for her to join. She had no second thoughts, or even a first thought, as the child pranced carefully over and took a seat in front of Princess Chronos. She looked to Cora, and then to the princess again before she made a gesture to Cora to sit in her lap.
"I would very much like to hear this story! Can we start off with who is Zue?" She sounded very interested.

Cora got startled a bit when the princess touched her head with her hand. She relaxed soon though and by the time the princess was sliding her hand againgst her fur, towards her back she pushed her body againgst said hand as a response. When the royal hand touched her tail - which resembled a bottle brush little bit - she let a respecting purr to come out.
"Thank you princess," she mewed before hurrying by Hypnos' side where she settled down comfortably. "Zue is a guardian cat, like me," she said to Hypnosbefore settling her pink eyes on the princess again. "Am I right?"

"Indeed." Chronos affirmed Cora's guess with a nod, with a wry smile upon her lips as she thought about the guardian cat in question. "Zue is the Guardian Cat of the Zodiacs. He is dark purple, and very fluffy, as he's a long-haired cat. It is very comfortable to cuddle him." Cry into his fur even. Chronos had done that before, perhaps more times that she remembered, when things were dire, and he had always let her do so. "He's very grumpy, but he has a good heart. After all, he's been with us since our past lifetime."
"Back when," she continued, cerise eyes growing distant as she dredged up the pieces of her memories she currently held, "Zue was my uncle's Guardian Cat; the man who married to Queen Serenity. He was given to me when I was born and has protected me ever since. This was when the Zodiacs once lived deep in space, in the Surrounding, where it was our duty to keep Chaos monsters from invading the Solar System." They had always been battling, but at least they had each other and that was what kept them from losing their sanity.
"And as you know, now, we were reborn here on Earth." The Princess said, deciding to shelve their past history for now. There were things that she still could not properly remember, memories she wished that were more complete. "When Zue awoke me, I found that he had already awakened the Zodiacs." With the exception of Pisces, but at least they had eventually found her. "They were all besides me and they told me that they would always take care of me. And they have always been by my side, supporting me, even when dire times came." Even when Charonite had captured her and used her as an obvious trap to capture them all, they had came for her. Her breath caught at the thought, but Chronos kept a smile on her face, for the sake of Hypnos.

Sailor Chibi Hypnos imagined a cat fluffier than Cora, and could barely hold back the grin that resulted from it. She could only imagine he made an awfully soft pillow to bury your face into. She couldn't help but wonder why he wasn't here with Princess Chronos though, Cora was always with her! She didn't think on it too long before she inquired, "Where is Zue now? How come he's not here?" She said curiously. "Can I meet him?" The child was already thinking about making a playdate for Cora and Zue. Two guardian kitties would make a wonderful tea party. She'd only ever met Cora, the one who awakened her, and was excited to find out there were more.
After that, she listened carefully to the story Princess Chronos told her about not only Zue, but the Zodiacs. The child didn't know much about the past, or how things worked for the senshi but she tried to keep up as the story went on. It was interesting to hear about how they protecting the solar system from monsters and the child was happy to hear that the princess was able to find her friends again. She had a prince, friends who would stay by her side and protect her no matter what. She even had a fluffy cat. The child really liked this story.

Carefully, Cora listened the story the princess was telling them. There was no way she could understand it all right away but in time... Yes, she needed to pay attention and think it all again in some point.
She suddenly gasped and her ears perked up when Chronos mentioned her uncle, who had given Zue to her. "You mean...?" She left a question to hang on in the air, unable to remember any details and not wanting to sound foolish by suggesting wrong information. The uncle was Queen Serenity's husband? Not that queen's name rang out any bells to her but she was related by blood to the king. That meant...
"Anyway, I would like to meet him, I mean Zue now, sometimes," turkish van said thoughtfully. "It would be a pleasure to say him a thank you for being there for you." It was unusual to see Cora this formal. Maybe it was because the princess was present?
Pink eyes watched Chronos. There was a hint of concern in there. The princess was acting like everything was fine but Cora knew that it was not the case. She had watched people. She knew something about their body language. She made a mental note to find the princess and to have a private talk with her in near future.

"Zue has his own life besides me." Chronos replied Hypnos with a smile. This belief applied not only to Zue, but to all the Zodiacs and Seasons as well, even though they might adamantly try to convince her otherwise. Bo had tried to refute it before, though to no avail. It was different from when they were in the Zodiac Castle, and all they could depend on in the Surrounding was each other. Now reborn on Earth, they had an opportunity for a normal life, and not always having to fight for her all the time, and Chronos was glad of that. "There was... a little accident once and he was reborn in a body of a civilian's. So like us, he has a double life, that of a normal person that attends school, and a duty as a Guardian Cat." It was difficult to rephrase events and make them sound light-hearted, when she could remember the very moments of the blast, being sent to the Space Cauldron, begging for one more chance for all of them...
"I am sure he would like to meet both of you someday." The Princess affirmed and then went on to address Cora's unspoken question. "I am Princess Chibimoon's first cousin once removed, yes. Have either of you met her?" Chronos did not think it right to mention Chibimoon's past where she had, under Wiseman's control, help to steal the Opal Crystal. All had been forgiven, and Chronos hoped that Chibimoon would gain the trust of the White Moon Senshi.

The small child didn't understand much about the reborn process. She had not really met anyone previously who spoke of it, or experienced such knowledge herself. She nodded though, thinking what it would be like to be a cat who was also a human. She couldn't help but glance down between her white bunny plush as well as Cora with a soft hm sound. Did Cora lead a secret life as a human when she wasn't at her house? No, Cora wouldn't do that!
Of course, her attention was once again gained by Princess Chronos when she mentioned another princess. The child was wide eyed, curious, and slightly wondering why all the princesses had been hiding from her until recently. She hadn't met Princess Chibimoon, whoever that was, but she was very curious in doing so. She wanted to meet everyone and she especially wanted to greet more princesses. She smiled, thinking about what this other princess was like. Was she as nice as Princess Chronos? Certainly she had to be.
"I have not met her," she admitted with a small pout. "It would be my pleasure to though!"

As her ears picked up the soft hm sound, Cora turned to look at her little senshi. She didn't say anything, just stared into her blue eyes. In a way, her pink gaze was mysterious, like she would have many secrets. The guardian cat gave a small nudge on Hypnos' hand, a hand that was graceful and soft like a hand of a princess would have and turned her attention towards the princess Chronos when she continued her story.
All the information Chronos gave for her and Hypnos, Cora storaged in somewhere deep in her mind. She didn't remember the past but Serenity sounded like an important person, after all she was the royal. Chibimoon's name itself didn't really ring bells to her but she figured out soon enough who she was to Serenity. Chibimoon... She had to find her and introduce her to Hypnos.
"Princess Chronos," Cora said softly. "You seem to be more aware of state of who are awakened yet than I am. Is there any other princesses or princes awakened besides you and Chibimoon?"
