Funky Town was amazing! My first rave I have ever been to!
So earlier in the evening me and my boyfriend went to Naughty or Nice to buy me some fluffies as a Valentines Day gift. When we got there I found some baby pink ones and fell in love! I HAD to get them! So the lady sold them to me for just $25 and put me on the VIP so I would always get a 10 i;scount! ^_^
Me and my boyfriend were on our way back to his house when I started texting his ex girlfriend Serena*. She was telling me about this rave going down for only a buck and I KNEW I HAD to go! It took about 30minutes, but I convinced my boyfriend to go : )
So we got ready, took some pix, drove to the venue, took 2more pix and danced the night away : )
Serena was looking for us the whole night, but my phone died and we ended up not bumping into each other : (
Back to the night, we were dancing like crazy! I even got convinced to dance up on the speaker by the DJ booth!
We were 100% sober, but it was still amazing! I can't wait to go to more raves!!!

*Serena: is my boyfriend's ex who I have been talking to for maybe a month now? We are super friendly to each other and my boyfriend said we would prolly be bestfriends if we met on our own. He thinks it's weird that we talk, but IDK, she's cool and I like her.

Me and my boyfriend got in a fight today over texting...I told him I wanted to be a gogo dancer at raves and he doesn't approve.
Him:I'm not trippin' over wut cud happen im trippin off sumthin that wud be fact. Ur hella tryna bullshit me if u tell me u dont think thatd happen.
^He's talking about me doing E a lot.
Me:Whatever.
Him: I don't wanna go to raves anymore.
Me:Fine. I'll just go without you then.
Him: R U serious?
Me: R U?
Him: I don't like howve u been latly towards this whole thing. Uv been pushing it waaay too much and now u wanna be a gogo dancer. I dont like where this is going
Me: I was just saying I wanna be one. It's not like I am.
Him: Sou werent asking me?
Me: No. I was just saying it'd be cool.
Him: Then yd u get upset?
Me: Cuz ur shooting me down.
Him: How? By telling u i wouldnt like u doing that?
Me: Mhm
Him: Well i wouldnt. So if i didnt wanna go to raves anymore ud go without me?
Me: Idk
Him: wow ok
Me: What?
Him: I didn't go to padre for u but u wouldnt stop goin to raves for me?
^He was supposed to go to South Padre with his guy friend's for Spring Break
Me:You said you not going to padre had nothing to do with me. And i would stop, but i wouldn't be happy about it.
^He told me he wasn't going because it was too expensive.
Him: I was obviously lying to my parents and I dont think u wud, u just said ud go without me a sec ago.
Me: Then go.
Him: Y so u can go to raves without me?
Me: No cuz I'm not gonna hold you back anymore. Everyone thinks you're some fun party guy but ur not. If u wanna go out and party, u do. If I wanna do something u become this overprotective uptight bf who doesn't wanna do anything.
Him: Lol gud i dont want to hold u back. And yeah im done doing e and I feel like ur getting into this rave thing a lil too much.
Me: Whatever.

He last replied half an hour ago.
I feel like I don't get to go out and do anything, but he can go party.
I find one thing I fall in love with and wanna have fun with and he tries to ruin it for ********. My. Life.

Cute blogs and animated images. Now about your text convo. So I'm a little confused like what did he mean your getting into this too much? Like the drug aspect of the raving or just going to the actual parties to dance? I think raving is a very good thing if your going for the right reasons and you seem to be there for the right ones and not the stupid ptot ones. Your just starting out and you wanna experience it all I get that. I do understand his reservations for you and being a Go Go dancer and all, but he might want to talk to some of the other Go Go dancers and he will find out it's actually a very safe and decent job. Granted your going to get guys hitting on you and stuff, but as long as you keep yourself safe and don't get into situations that are uncomfortable you will be fine. I have tons of friends who Go Go dance and they love it. I think your BF needs to be a little more supportive of you and what you might potentially do. Like you said it's not like you were trying out for the Go Go thing like next week or anything.

IDK I have never even done E at a rave. IN FACT, I have only done E TWICE in my life!
I just wanna go have fun and he just wants to sit at home.

I just feel so goddamn alone right now.
Seriously all I wanna do is go have fun. All my life I have been forced into being an adult and dealing with stress. I never had the chance to just be a kid and have fun. I remember when I was like 11, I was crying because my Mom got put back into the mental hospital and I had to help take care of my younger brothers. My Dad got mad at me and started yelling and said "No ong has a good childhood, stop crying!" Now I don't even get to see my little brothers because my Mom took them and my Dad pretty much just followed her and abandoned me. My Aunt and cousins are there but I don't feel like I belong there. I feel like I am just mooching off of them. So I stay with my boyfriend too but over there is seems like the same. I don't have a place to call my own. I don't really have anyone to talk to. My boyfriend says he wants me to talk to him but he is always complaining how hard it is going to work and school so he can't understand what I'm going through ya know? And I don't wanna talk about my life and just stress him out. I just felt like raves were my escape. But now I can't even have that.

I totally feel you right now, like the same exact way with your boyfriend and the childhood thing, my mom went to a mental hospital too when I was 9 >_<

I was talking to my boyfriend today and we are still going to Animalistik! I guess my raver days AREN'T over! I am so happy!
I already started planning my outfit! I wanna be a bunny (Even thought I talked to Serena and she told me her&her girl are gonna be bunnies) I am emailing this girl who lives in my area and she said she has white&baby pink GIANT bunny ears and a tail no one bought so I wanna buy them : ) and I asked her to make me these fluffies she made before

=^._^.= SO CUTE!
Anyways I am waiting to hear back from her to see how much that will cost.
As soon as I see the bunny ears I will post a picture : )
