___________________Physical Description
Saki is a thin, but also muscular man. He stands at six feet tall, and weighs one-hundred and ninety pounds, but he looks much lighter. He has fierce green eyes, and medium-length silver-white hair, with black accents. Saki is also a Yokai, having the shape and natural abilities of a Neko-mata. This manifests with his half-human soul as black tufts of hair on the tips of his slightly-pointed ears. His hands have pointed and clawed finger-tips, and his feet bear a similar appearance when not covered. Saki's tail is jet-black and forked, meaning that while it is technically only one tail, it has two separate lengths attached to the same bone. He usually keeps his tail wrapped around his waist like a belt.
Saki normally forgoes the use of the inner layers of his garments, and prefers to wear only one or two, giving him the appearance of not wearing much at all. In truth he wears only a white kosode with slits hemmed on both sides, (To allow for greater mobility) and a light-weight black haori, similar in shape to a captains haori, but slimmer and with no distinguishing markings. In favor of the traditional shinigami sandals, Saki wears a combination of black leg-wraps and light tabi.

Saki bears a personality that is oddly similar to the tiger's with which he identifies. Normally ferocious, but altogether playful, he acts like a house-cat when not in battle, and throughly enjoys catnip, as well as cream and alcohol. The Neko-Mata portion of his soul is rather abrasive, emerging primarily when he transforms, although it will also rear its head if he is angry, frustrated, or annoyed, and has a tendency to snap out at people, usually quite violently.

Name: Koketsu - (虎穴, Tiger's Den)
Spirit: Two-tailed white tiger
Inner World: Saki's inner world is essentially a large burning forest, but is unique in the fact that while it is on fire, it does not burn. Rather, the white flames licking at every tree let off a sweet-smelling smoke, and serve more as a light source than a source of harm.

Release Phrase: Korose - (殺す, Kill)
The first noticeable change during shikai is the fact that Saki's tails grow to a much larger width and length, becoming half as thick as his arms, and moving with as much strength and coordination. The second, is that he becomes immensely more feral, his fangs growing to more closely resemble those of a tiger, and his hands becoming stronger, with much larger and longer claws. His legs also undergo the same change, and shift shape slightly to resemble those of a cat's.
In addition, black bands form on his biceps, both having a single golden bell attached. Contrary to appearance, the bells only ring when Saki wants them to. They have no special abilities, and exist only for his amusement (And partially to control his immense rage and killing desire in shikai). His actual zanpakuto splits into twin tiger hooks which are edged at every angle save the handle. As shikai brings him closer to the animalistic aspects of his nature, Saki's strength, ferocity, and endurance increase greatly, although occasionally at cost to his own well-being.
- Koenken - (虎燕拳, Tiger Swallow Fist)
A lost form of Kung Fu that awakens in Saki upon activation of his shikai. This technique is similar to both the swallow and tiger styles, but more explosive and violent, while maintaining a great level of control.
This is also the name given to the increase in physical abilities that Saki receives during shikai, which are roughly represented as double the normal abilities for strength and agility, as well as a doubling of Saki's ferocity.
Rekka - (烈火, Raging Flame)
At the initial moment of release, Saki's blades are covered in a bright white fire, which burns hotter than any natural flame. As he becomes enraged, or releases more of his reiatsu, this fire can extend and grow larger, essentially causing a firestorm to erupt around both of his weapons. He may also do the opposite, and retract the flames enough so that the weapons are merely hot to the touch. This fire lasts until Saki's shikai is sealed, and is limited only by the amount of reiatsu he chooses to pour into it. Naturally, the more energy he expels, the more draining the weapon is, and the less time he can fight. In addition, Saki may manipulate the flames to form fireballs, waves, slashes, beams, and explosions, although using the flames in concentrated fashions is also more draining on him.

Saki carries a small kunai dart, which is a kunai attached to a long soul steel chain, roughly three meters in length. He keeps this weapon on him at all times, as a second resort should he lose hold of his sword.

Primarily, it can be used to listen, or to see over long distances (in both cases the ball must be in the area that Saki is trying to spy on) It may also be used as a distraction, or a weak attack. - (Needs to be trained for)
Shapeshifting
Being a Neko-mata, Saki is able to shift his shape between that of a human, and that of various cats, from a small house cat, to a large tiger. While in his cat form, he loses the ability to speak, and therefore has no access to his zanpakuto, or kido. - (Needs to be trained for)

Causes an orange hued tendril with spiraling yellow patterns to erupt from the users hand and attempt to trap a target. the end of it remains in the hands of the user allowing them to control the path of the tendril before and after capture. The Kidō is able to connect with another one of itself if both have captured a target and bind them together.
