I'm developing a fantasy story at present. It's about lots of different races of fantasy creatures, but the least likely of these races ends up saving the day. Frodo basically saves the whole world from distruction when some bad guy tries to wipe everything good out of the world. I'm kind of stuck though... Frodo's gone on this 'mission' with his best mate Sam but I've just realised that this big evil guy (the dark lord? I don't know... I'll think of a name later) would be far too smart to make it possible for anyone to come sneaking in to ruin his big plans...
Obviously, I'm describing the introduction of characters like Golum, and it is of course Lord of the Rings, but you get the idea. biggrin
