Remember: this is about supporting fellow writers, regardless of skill level. Offer advice by all means, but do not flame or be abusive. This will not be tolerated. On the flip side, writers need to remember that people have different methods on how they explain. Seasoned critiquers may not be as sensitive but that doesn't mean that what they're saying isn't of value. Don't take comments personally - they're intended to help you improve!
