What is you favorite storyline and why?
Mine is F.E.A.R. Its genre is Horror and FPS. The storyline is feed to you through people, intel, and visions. My thinking through the game was "WTF", and "how could they do this?" I enjoyed the storyline of this game because of tension it causes. The combination of enemies, visions, and paranormal activity always kept me on my toes.

BioShock Legend of Dragoon
Those are the only two I can think of right now. Both of the games kept me wanting more as I continued to progress through the storyline. BioShock was all suspense and thriller, while Legend of Dragoon was for the character development.

BioShock was all suspense and thriller, while Legend of Dragoon was for the character development. Bioshock was good but, Bioshock 2 lacked storyline... from what I could gather, your little sister was kidnapped and you have to rescue her. I haven't played the game in so long so please correct me if i'm wrong...

Phantom Brave has an attaching story for me. Also, any Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy game since it is always interesting to see how they play out no matter how basic the plot is.

The Kingdom Hearts series always kept me wondering. On KH1 you find your self asking 500 Q. Then KH2 aswered some of them, but made you think of more Q. KH Re: Chain of memories filled in that major gap between KH1 and KH2. Soon the was KH2: Final Mix ( NOT IN ENGLSIH D smile puts you further into the story by following the KH2 story line, but adding something new near the end. You finally get to play Roxas in 365/2 days. It's like telling Roxas's life story. The Birth By Sleep give you how I guess, how it all started. I just couldn't stop playing when I started.

Chrono Cross
The storyline is actually incredibly elaborate and deep, offering an exceptional level of emotion, as well as offering a subtle but very respectful link to Chrono Trigger.
But this storyline had everything I want in a story. Wonderfully colorful and unique characters with good development (for the most part), a lot of variety, and outstanding humor. It also offers a very serious and emotional side, as well as a completely 'WTF' impact with several twists and just unbelievable occurrences. But beyond all of this, if you really listen to what is being said, it speaks to reality as well and acts as a character study of the entire human race... in a way that, if you let it, could alter your perception of the world itself. It works the same way a magnificent novel would, only it immerses you in a way that few, if any, novels can.
This storyline, if really taken in, analyzed, and accepted... is perfect. At least to me.
