You have chosen the element of water, and for this you automatically have my favour because it is one of the four ORIGINAL element's ((Earth, Air, Fire, Water.)) Thank you, and welcome to my training area for those who wish to better their skills in the art of roleplaying a water elemental ((or just better your skills over all...)).
I've noticed in my short amount of time here that the threads are disgusting, messy, unorganized and have no real point to them. They are basically chat rooms for each "Elemental Class". It is pathetic and gives no product, it is useless. Now, I've also noticed the amount of RPng that is, for lack of a better word, n00bish/newbish! Asterisks will NOT be tolerated ((*actions within stars that have no texture and are just plain pathetic*)), each post MUST be at least four lines in size 9 text ((Why size 9 text, do you ask? It is smaller, and therefore you will be writting more, therefore bettering your literacy and overall roleplay skills.)), and there WILL be depth, texture, and variety.
This is the water element, it is cool, fluid, and smooth. It is a double-edged sword, so to speak; it will crush your lungs, suffocating you, stilling your breath...then, the cool, soothing water fills your lungs and makes it all better. A feeling of tranquill panic folds over your heart and you know it's over, but the water makign love in your lungs makes it alright. A graceful, soothing, luke-warm death. To illustrate both of its itensities is a delicate art that must be taken with strength and respect. If you are not patient, or if you are clumsy, turn back and choose the Earth or Air elemental.
Alright, now that I'm done being harsh...This is what you will learn in point form:
-better understanding of grammar/English technics
-a more fluid way of writing ((hence the water element))
-patience
-sensuality, stealth, and graceful anger
-your own personal style
-proper RPng which will lead you to the level of at least "semi-literate"
Now you may be a n00b/newb looking to learn to ways of RPng, who is unfourtunate enough to be at the lowest level on the Roleplayer Food Chain...OR...You may be a litterate, well-rounded Roleplayer who is just looking for more genres and skills to add to your extensize resume. Where ever you are on that cruel Chain of RPng freaks, you will learn at least one thing whilst under me.

Personality: Cring yet mildly devious. Helps people who are in need, but sometimes tends to play with people's emotions. He also tends to stick to himself.
Bio: He was raised by his parents, in a small remote village until he was about one and a half years old. Then he was orphaned by a devilish demon, whos reighn was slowly increasing. But, by some stroke of fate, his mother, known as Sarah, had placed Mikeal into a small boat, whihc was made for children much older than him, and pushed him away from shore. Seconds later, she was murdered, and the demon had watched as Mikeal drifted away. Luckily, Mikeal was found by a priestess who was gathering various herbs. First off, she noticed Mikeals unique characteristics: his blue fox tail and elf ears. Knowing the brotherhood of priests and priestesses would not be reasoned with, Suki, the priestess, raised Mikeal in secrecy. teaching him the ways of magic, specifically in the ways of controlling water and ice, which Mikeal had a knack for. She also taught him the many different beleifs the world holds, since once upon a time, she was forced o beleive in somehting that she thought was false. Anyway, when mikeal had soon reached the age of 5, Suki and him were caught one day, as she she was finishing teahcing mikeal how and why to use herbs. Suki was punished severely and Mikeal was banashed. Traveling alone, for a few weeks, now being only 6, mikeal was assaulted by a low level demon, and surprisingly saved by a passing assasin. Taken into the village of the assasin, which was ful of elfs aswell. Mikeal was trained by many sages and warriors, aswell as some of the assasins. Now, ten years later, Mikeal leaves the village to find his place in the world and to educate himself more, aswell to, subconciously, find the killer of his parents. water_fire_earth_air Username: water_fire_earth_air

Personality: Is usually quite evil, likes to play with people's emotions, pracices daily, likes to meditate alot, does not like to come incontact with humans, spends most of the time in water
Bio: Born to her human mother, Lauressa did not know her father. She spent most of her time swiming until one day when she was 14, she realised that she could breath underwater. When she approached her mother with this new found fact she was supprised when her mother burst into tears. When asking her mother what was wrong she was supprised, proud, but yet scared to know that her father was actually an elf who could control 1 element. When Lauressa asked what element he controled her other said that it did not matter, Lauressa now controlled water. Lauressa asked what she meant when she "controlled".
"Controlling water, means that you will be able to guild and manipulate water, but only if it is in the area, so controlling water. Your father could also turn into an animal, and I see that you have also inhereted that, you can change into a cat" Her mother told her.
Lauressa felt a funny tingling on her head and reached up and felt cat ears.
She ran to a pool and saw that she had Cat Ears, Paws (front and back) and a tail. She concentrated and she turned into a lioness, concentated agian and turned into a leapord. Finally she changed back into her human form.
Later that night Lauressa woke up to screaming. She ran to her mothers bedroom and saw her lying in a pool of blood. She knew her mother was dead.
So lauressa grabed things she needed and left. Trying to find her father, her mothers killer, and herself.
Lauressa later found her bow and arrows, daggers, and spear.
And she wandered, battling her way through everything, practicing her fighting skills, and her abilities.

WOW there are SO many things wrong with that opening post!!!! and because of your need for precision and order, i will ask for your permission to post my thoughts. i wouldnt usually ask due to the fact that i embelish free speech, but if i acted "nOOBish" (whichever one it is) then you might use it to count against my credibility.

She's not here right now, as you can obviously see.
Well anyways... I passed.. I'm a water apprentice now (I think neutral sad )...
Oh and Raeshi Yatsura do you mind making the front post's colour a little darker, My computer is a little screwed up and I would prefer not to highlight everything do I can read it

As far as I'm concerned there is nothing wrong with my opening post ((except the size of font thing...I was a tad off on that I will admit...)). I have the right to speak my opinion, whether it comes off as rude or not is not up to me but is up to the person reading it. Go ahead and post what you wish, but if you do then please use proper punctuation, capitalization, and spelling. You seem to be lacking those in your first response to my thread.
After this last OOC comment by kaen I expect every post you make in this thread to contain no less than four lines of literate roleplaying to which I will try and constructivly critisize. ((Yes, I will try and comment on EVERY roleplay post made by the apprentices. This includes spelling, grammar, word flow, etc...Blah blah blah...))
I apologize to my two current apprentices for I have neglected my activity on the computer the last week or so. PM me when you have free time to RP. I will make my first post shortly.
