Description: A nearly dead race of humanoid looking creatures who worship and evil dragon as a god. They were the rival race with the Sayians during the time of their existance. But after the Sayians were eliminated, The Drakian race suddenly vanished from existence. Its believed that Frieza eliminated this race after the Sayians, But that was just a rumor.No one knows what really happened to the Drakian race

The elders took the strongest members of this race, merged them with the deadliest animals and warriors and sent them into space in stasis pods to search for more species. Though many of the Seraph Scouts did not survive a few made it to other planets like earth.

Name: Kitexi Kitexi  Description: Kitexi Kitexi, or simply known as Kitexi or the Feline Super Race, started as a genetic experiment on a captured Saiyan, Creating mixed breaded clones of the warrior with feline DNA of different types. The results of these clones varied from species to species of felines. It wasn't until way later that the geneticist found the exact amount of DNA to use to get what he was looking for. The resulting clone had the look of a Saiyan mixed slightly with catlike features, and had the instincts and behavior of a large cat. The geneticist then placed his successful results on an uninhabited planet. This began this race of Feline people. Over time the race has began to mix philosophy with war, making them a mostly strategical race, some exceptions do apply. These exceptions are usually employed as the front line fighters, as they prize their thinking populace over their fighters. Still yet there are some that have become docile and anti-violence, these Kitexi are shunned and usually live on the streets, put out by their family and untrained in the ways of war. They are still nowhere near humans in numbers but are large enough to survive as a race. Forms:  The Kitexi only have one other form but every Kitexi's animal form is different, depending on the cat that their line is based off of and their natural hair color. They become full feline creatures that are about the size of a dire version of the original feline species that was added to the genetics and has enhanced abilities of that feline race. Speed, agility, smell, hearing and strength are all enhanced. The base power level of this form is 200,000 at adulthood, but the power lever of the Kitexi in it's normal form, usually gained from training (and the occasional wish) is added to the power as well. Much like the Saiyans, the Kitexi have to have a moon to transform, but unlike their origin race, it can be any stage except new, but the fuller the moon, or planetary body, the stronger the animal form. If they try to transform during a new moon or with no moon, they automatically become fatigued.
