In the future a company called Geneco is founded by Rotti Largo. They give transplants to dying people. It's okay if you cant afford it though. You'll just have to sign the form saying you will pay within a certain amount of time. But here is the catch. If you dont pay on or before the date you agreed to the Repo Man will find you and rip the still beating heart from your chest. There's no use in running and hiding. He always completes his Repo.
That is until four teenagers rebel. These teens try to bring Geneco to an end. How will they do it? Well, we'll just have to see.
