Being pampered - Dahlia has a princess mentality and enjoys nothing more than being pampered and spoiled. She loves primping and prettying herself and getting herself nice presents but she ADORES when other people do it for her. She could spend the entire day being brushed and loved on and she'll go out of her way to try and charm attention out of others.
Flirting - Playful, suggestive, most of the words that come out of Dahlia's mouth are flirty in nature. She loves to string people along and finds delight in seeming attractive/being wanted by others. Even species boundaries don't thwart her flirtacious attempts.
Swimming - Perhaps it has something to do with all that long hair, but Dahlia just loves cooling off and playing in the water. Fountains, fish tanks, or any kind of clean water are fair game and she's quite adept at swimming for a cat. The pool, and the calm of underwater, provides a place for her to relax and think without interuption from time to time.
Hunting, beautifully - Like most cats Dahlia enjoys a good hunt. However, for her, the act of the hunt is far more exciting then the prey obtained. She strives for grace and beauty (and impressing any onlookers) in her hunting movement. Because of this she doesn't always catch her target, more than happy to give up if it seems she might make a fool of herself or fuss up her fur and the actual kill is always full of dramatics.
Virtues:
Assertive - Strong minded and assertive, Dahlia doesn't back down to anyone. She's hard to intimidate and not afraid to shove her weight around and make her opinions heard. Though this can occassionally crop up as problematic with authority figures it usually works to her advantage in everyday (and battle) situations. Dahlia thinks for herself and isn't the sort to be bullied into anything she doesn't want to do.
Competent - Dahlia is a reliable and competent being. She's determined and driven so she's not easily sidetracked when there is something to be done. Even her pampering fests are trumped and put aside if given direct orders. She enjoys the praise of a job well done and works towards it whenever possible.
Charming - Being an egotistical person herself Dahlia is well versed in egostroking. She's flirtatious, attractive, chatty, and good at telling people what they want to hear. She's been known to use her charm to try and get herself out of trouble, to tempt others around her, or to get information. She's a people person cat.
Flaws:
Egocentric - Pride and vanity, thy name is Dahlia. Being a bit of a spoiled princess, Dahlia believes that she is above others both in beauty and standing. She thinks that she is always right and that her opinion matters more than others. Clashes with other egocentric individuals (or just others attempting to push her buttons) are common.
Unforgiving - Dahlia finds it very hard to forgive or forget. Insults and injuries to her person (or even just defying her wishes/differing opinions on important things) are seen as egregious errors in people. It takes a lot of work to get back into her good graces and even then it isn't 100%. When she's against you her charm is almost nonexsistant replaced instead by a cold viciousness.
Deceptively vicious - Considering the charm that she's usually shoving around it can often be jarring how truely cold and harsh Dahlia can be underneath it all. When irritated or upset she lashes out, both emotionally and many times physically violently. She's the sort to prolong a mouse's death just for fun or give someone a face full of claws for speaking badly of her. Manipulation and long standing revenge plots aren't outside her personality.

Face/Ears: Tall ears, elegant face, slightly fluffy
Body: Elegant and slender build (without completely straight lines they are long haired), long fluffy tail
Fur: Solid white, semi long haired. I'd prefer if the star could be gold or creme in color but if it has to be black/grey that's fine.
Eyes: Turkish Angora's commonly have one blue eye and one gold, but if that's not allowed a soft baby blue please
Accessories: A large dangley necklace. Perhaps something on her tail or one of her legs too? Oh maybe a Dahlia flower?
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION : HUMAN FORM
Eyes: Almond, sexy eyes.
Hair: Something along the lines of Jessica Rabbit, though perhaps longer and with more volume? I really really like/want one eye to be mostly (or all the way) covered, but the back portion is more free to play with. As for color I'd prefer not black or brown. But some rich shade of red, green, or purple might be nice? Hair accesories are up to you, I think it'd look pretty with or without :3 Perhaps a Dahlia flower.

Cat breed information
Turkish Angora personality traits:
Turkish angoras are affectionate and social breed which are very active all the time, they are catagorized as a group of hyper active cat breed and are like that throughout their entire lifespan. The Turkish Angora is considered to be a dog like breed because they are found to be very curious when visitors are present and will be inspecting their actions. They will try to interact with them and if they are playful they will join with them. Turkish Angoras are graceful and they will be standing infront of the door to welcome visitors to your home. Most of the time during conversations they will constantly remained around their owners and let them know that they are around. They always like to feel they were the center of attraction at all times.
One negitive aspect of their behavior is they tend to be very stubborn. Turkish angora cats always wish to be with people rather than staying alone, they are mainly a compainion type of cat. If they are adopted they will be easly adjust to their new surroundings. The Turkish Angora breed is an inquisitive, clever, and delightful pet to own.
Unlike most cats, many members of this breed love to swim and are drawn to water. Turkish Angoras are chatty cats who can be very determined. They are sometimes mischievous and like to keep themselves busy. Interactive play can go a long way in helping them bond and keeping them out of trouble.
Dahlia flowers
Dahlia’s are spicy flowers, and their meanings range from a sign of warning, to change, to travel, to even a portent of betrayal.
In the Victorian era they symbolized elegance, dignity, and good taste

Number one being do you think Bella would be okay with General Apetite being around? (I mainly ask because this is Frankie and considering Bella is mentioned in Twilight, and Frankie is Edward obsessed....) On Flirting what would Bella do if she ran into someone that might freeze or be made uncomfortable by the flirting? Would she tone it down if she had to be around them or is this subconscious? I love the little bit of Turkish information you've pulled up, however maybe you should sit that in a post below the actual form? Since the shop likes to keep the official forms as easy to follow as possible and uniform. <3 You have a very good start for her and I can't wait to see what else you come up with. I also think a swimming hobby might be interesting as you don't often see cats that like water.

Hmmm.. I think it really would depend on her motives/mood at the time. By nature her actions tend to be flirty (touchy feely, friendly, prone to saying/alluding to inappropriate things). I could see her being the type to tease someone if they seemed uncomfortable if it were just a normal occassion with no consequences. But if she were actually trying to get something (whether important or just REALLY attempting to get pet/praise/pampered) I think she would and could tone it down atleast a little if it becomes apparent that it's going to lose her what she wants. Debating the challenge... I'm not sure.. I kind of like "Watch it, this flower has thorns" but I don't know if that's too 'senshi' like.
