DawnStar softly padded into the shadowclan clearing, her marbled chest out with pride. she gave a sigh, and her tail twitched, "Now for cats to lead.. that's the problem..", she said in her rough, feminine voice. Dawn gave a lick to her shoulder and walked over to her den.

Wolf Warrior Princess DawnStar softly padded into the shadowclan clearing, her marbled chest out with pride. she gave a sigh, and her tail twitched, "Now for cats to lead.. that's the problem..", she said in her rough, feminine voice. Dawn gave a lick to her shoulder and walked over to her den. SweetPaw woke upbright and early and observed DawnStar in the camp. She breathed in the muddy, fresh smell of the swampy territory. She padded over, and heard the leader talking to herself. She had such a thick, beautiful voice, like dripping honey. "What are you doing, DawnStar?" she asked, eager to help.

Dawnstar looked over at SweetPaw, her apprentice,"Oh nothing SweetPaw, just feeling the breeze.seems that its going to rain, but not too soon." she said in her proud voice, giving her apprentice a light flick with her tail.

"I like the rain. It makes the territory extra-swampy." SweetPaw mewed. "Pines and frogs and mud and logs, that's what ShadowClan's about!" she sang and jumped about playfully, full of energy.

((Whew... even after reading the first three series and starting the forth I wasn't sure! And one more thing: are we on the forest territory, or the Lake?))

DawnSatr smiled at SweetPaw. most young cats would complain at the felling of the marshy ground under their paws,"Swamps, logs and lots of mud isn't all what ShadowClan is about. It's about the survival of the fittest. " DawnStar stated," it's like the four Clans are in harmony to survive.... with some rough edges to sand out.... but you do get my point right?"

"Shadowclan is the fittest! That means we will survive!" SweetPaw insisted. "I'll fight a badger! I'll catch all the prey in the whole wide world! I will survive!" She clawed at invisible enemies and pounced on imaginary prey.

Try to attack me.", and she stoodstill, ready. SweetPaw instead jumped on Dawnstar's face, scrabbling with her back paws to get on top of her leader's back." I got your face! I got your fay-ay-ace!!!" She sang gleefully.
