This exhibition match, with a prize of fifteen credits is between two equally scorned warrior, one hoping for a win, the other hoping that their fight will actually result in some kind of action... Roran Bronzeboot, RP’d by the man who no doubt has literally broken other people's bones... as well as crushed their spirits and confidence, Havik! Versus, Reiko, RP’d by the only woman crazy enough in her own right to challenge the aforementioned mad man, Hikaro_rin!
The crowd is wild in the stands as these two fighters enter the arena, waiting to see just what will happen!!
The arena is basic. A round arena of two hundred feet, smooth stone flooring and hundred feet high walls before you reach the bleachers. Scattered about the arena floor are large slabs of upturned stone, granting space for cover. Each fighter enters from opposite ends of the arena. FIGHT!

Bronze entered the arena laughter still filling his cheeks from the banter him and Shinji just had. Altho it just dawned on Bronze he hadn't caught the mans name Bwa, I will find it out when we have drinks He said as he pulled smashy from his belt and unhooked his shield from his back.
He stook in his heavy padded leather close with his hammer in right hand shield in left ready to do battle. As he waited for his opponent he went over several plans for battle in his head. Anticipation filled his body more and more after each plan unfolded.

------------------------------ ((this will be interesting, let's see if I stand any chance eh? though admittedly i will probably have to be a little more selective after this fight, three losses in a row won't look good...)) Reiko walked quietly onto the field, she found herself becoming deaf to the noise of the audience. Perhaps that would allow her to enjoy the fight? She experimented with a smile, but it didn't go very far. This tournament was still unappealing to her. Even so, she couldn't expect her plans to be a success if she couldn't even fight the sad-looking man awaiting her in the arena. She noticed right away that the man looked much stronger than her. This might turn out to be harder than it first seemed... Hearing the doors close loudly behind her Reiko decided that now was as good a time as any to fight, and the first to make a move had the advantage. She performed a series of seals and then muttered "Kaze bunshin" almost instantly a clone formed beside her. The both drew their swords and circled the opponent in opposite directions. ----------------------------- chakra 23/25 Kunai: 10 Shuriken: 9 Makibishi: 0 light bomb: 0 smoke bomb:1 steel wire: n/a Quote: Jutsu Details:Kaze Bunshin (Wind Clone) Description: Basically your typical clone, formed from wind. It is easily bested by any sort of skill, but this clone is still better than the average bunshin as it is able to attack and be attacked.

As his opponent entered the arena he smiled wildly ready to fight. Apparently his opponent was ready to fight as well seeing as right after she got done looking at Bronze created a lightning clone. As soon as he noticed her hand seal he started his own making his clone appear from the dust around him shortly as he said "Dust Clone Jutsu". His dust bunshin stood at the same short height he did and was the same in every way, including the shield and hammer.
As the two started to surround him Bronze launched his first attack, he knew better that to get cornered and he wasn't going to start making mistakes this early in the game. However Bronze took a different approach than most, instead of making the two clones fight he sent his clone after the real Reiko and he went after her clone himself.
( I am assuming your clone circled to the right since you didn't specify. )
The team of short fat men charged toward each Reiko, the clone placing his shield in front of him ready to block any projectiles and the real Roran doing the same. However once the shield blocked the real Bronze's front from view of the two he dug into his coat and grabbed a explosive tag attached to a kunai as he rested his hammer between the arm that carried his shield and his massive stomach. His plan would revealed be once him, and his clone came into close combat with each of the Reiko. That would not take long since Bronze and his clone were closing in on there respective targets rather quickly.
( Ooc: Thought you used wind jutsu, how did your get lightning clones at genin?)

------------------------------ ((totally playing the wrong rpc there, post edited... sorry sweatdrop I only changed the type of bunshin so you shouldnt need to edit your post. Lightning clones are AS ranked, so that wouldnt have been a problem except for her element...)) Reiko stopped her run immediately and reversed direction, intending to put distance between them. She needed a new plan, the short man didn't seem shy of using his shield... could she use that against him? it was possible. If nothing else, he might put too much faith in it. She kept her sword ready in case the man continued to charge her. Reiko Bunshin changed her direction as well, but instead went straight past the enemy, to put distance between them. They would likely end up on the opposite side from the real Reiko and Dwarfman-Bunshin, giving her time to dispatch the bunshin or think of a new plan. ----------------------------- chakra 23/25 Kunai: 10 Shuriken: 9 Makibishi: 0 light bomb: 0 smoke bomb:1 steel wire: n/a

Bronzes clone kept charging toward Reiko, as it closed in on her in bent it's head so it's eyes were just above the shield. It started running a bit fast as it was about to charge Reiko, just before he hit her with it's shield, just before it was time for her to parry he burst. Completely exploded sending dust in all direction. Into her eye and mouth A rather sudden and effective distraction that should blind her for a moment. A distraction that Bronze planned to a tee and only instructed the clone to detonate when completely sure it would have a perfect effect. So if Reiko were to leap backward or jump over to early the bushin would know not to self destruct and continue to chase her down.
While this happen the real Bronze a bit surprised by Reiko's clones action, however it did not halt his plans. Once the clone moved past him he checked Reiko's and his clones position. If the clone went off and surrounded the girl in dust he would spin and let the kunai with the explosive tag attached loose toward her. He would then let his hammer fall toward the floor grab a couple more shuriken then hurl them at Reiko's clone. Following the spin threw to a complete 360 degree's Bronze would catch his hammer just before it hit the ground then bolt after the explosion that engulfed the real Reiko scanning it for any trace of her. He would also be checking his back every other second to make sure there wasn't a surpise attack from the clone he left behind.
However if there was no dust covering his opponent Bronze would turn swiftly skidding to a halt in facing a direction were he could see both Reiko and her clone in his peripheral vision.

------------------------------ Reiko prepared herself to defend against the charging beard with legs, keeping her sword ready. As soon as it got within striking distance however, it did something completely unexpected and exploded in her face. Reflexibly she rolled backwards out of the dust, and attempted to clear her eyes and throat of the dust. She didn't get to rest for long however, as soon as she reopened her eyes a kunai landed at her feet with an explosive tag. Quickly she jumped behind a upturned slab of stone, avoiding most of the impact of the explosion. Some manner of debris had scratched her lip, and her hair was a little burnt, but she couldnt find any serious damage. She had to move quick. The dust cloud as well as the debris from the explosion would keep her hidden, but it would settle before too long. He had just handed her a chance on a silver platter and she wasn't going to ignore it. She threw a smoke bomb just outside of the dustcloud, so they would overlap just enough for her to stay hidden as she ran into the smoke to plan the rest of her strategy. She heard something fly by behind her, presumably shuriken, as they missed her by mere centimeters.A dust clone meant he used doton, which certainly matched his rugged appearance. He also seemed at least reasonably skilled with his weaponry, perhaps a taiutsu or weapon specialist? Reiko cursed her lack of proper jutsu for the occasion, but felt she would figure something out. ((you made a lot of attacks in one post, (please don't in the future, at least not from the same attacker) so I had to make some assumptions about the time between them. It seems like there would be enough time lag between each for the above to happen.)) Reiko Bunshin stopped and turned when her pursuer attacked the real Reiko. Things happened rather quickly, but she got the gist of it. Only one target remained, and Reiko was hidden in a cloud of smoke. This was their golden opportunity. RB moved so that the dwarf would have to turn his back to the real Reiko to keep track of her. She also dodged most of the man's shuriken, though her only real savior was the distance between them. At a closer range she couldn't hope to dodge themso easilly.If she managed to get out of his sight, she would sprint to an upturned slab relatively close to carpet-face and wait for the real Reiko to make a move. The item is called papyrus. I did not do that many attacks with the same person. There were two simple hand moment during a 360 degree spin, and one clone dispelling itself. You however did not read my post correctly and because of it will lose your clone in my opinion.

I would never throw shuriken unless I was sure they would be a distraction or do damage, tossing them widely into un see-able circumstances it not my style. I said I attacked your clone with the set of shuriken, you posted as if I threw them at the real you and did not guard your clone. I think your clone should be destroyed seeing as you failed to read my post correctly. Until we come to a conclusion on what happens to your post I shall hold off on posting.

(( hmm... I guess I did misread it. Even so, I'm not sure auto-killing the bunshin is justified.
Two major attacks in a row from the same character in the same post causes confusion, and I personally think it should be avoided. Though the only attacks limited by the rules are jutsu, so I was merely making a request. If you absolutely must, then I cannot really argue (unless you go completely over the top)
If I had merely ignored the shuriken you would be justified in hitting the bunshin, but since it was obviously a matter of misreading I'm not sure auto-killing is justified. If you would like to argue the point further please send me a pm, or of course you can bring up the matter with the XRP referee.
edit:Looking at your previous battle, as well as your previous comments something has come to my attention. In that battle you said "if you mess up again it will cost you the match." Now in this battle you are pretty much telling me (not requesting, which i would be fine with) that the bunshin is auto-killed.
You don't really have the power you seem to think you have, and no guild rules back you up. If you really want such rules to apply then they should be declared at the beginning of the match, or even better in the original challenge.
Besides, it is just common courtesy to let your opponent know they if they obviously misread your post. RP is supposed to be fun. ))

I threw one kunai and a couple shuriken I would not call those major attacks, it's no harder than throwing two punches in one post.
The fact you misread the post should mean your ninja, and her clone made a mistake in battle. I am not demanding you auto kill the clone I am saying in my opinion it should be done since you misread my attack and misreading my attack can, in this case, kill your clone. I do not want to send a P.M. to you, I would like all our conversation to be able to be read threw a public forum so whom ever judges this has all the fact.
In my last battle when I said "If you mess up again it will cost you the match." It was me saying get on your game, I am not taking it easy on your ya know. I didn't mean if you misread a minor detail I win the entire match. If something is over looked in a post I think that there should be consistences in battle since it is the Rper's responsibility to make sure they are reading everything correctly. I understand it is supposed to be fun, and I am almost gleeful to see how the fight turns out after this little bump in the road is smoothed, but you did misread a key point in my post there should be consistences for that. It doesn't mean the rest of the fight can't be enjoyable.
I shall send da jedi Duckmasta a P.M. asking him to look into the fight.

{After reading through the fight, I have made my decision. Due to a mistake in where the shuriken were heading, Hikaro needs to edit Reiko's actions regarding them. Her clone still performs the same action as it did in your original post. Which coincidentally would prevent the clone being killed.
Havik, in your post you did quite a bit. You dropped the hammer, attached a Exploding tag to a kunai, threw said kunai, reached into a pocket to throw shuriken, threw shuriken, then caught the hammer before it touched the ground.. You did all that in a single 360 spin. That's a bit much for a Genin. However, as this is not the actual RP, I will let it slide this time. Please try not to do that. You really would not really have the time to do that and a hard time even if you did succeed in doing so. You didn't even drop your shield to free your hand. Admittedly, it could be that you have a Buckler and not a shield, which would cause me a bit of confusion.
I said that the clone would not die, and now I shall explain why. You threw the shuriken at a moving target. When doing so in any manner, you have to lead the target or the target will move out of the way. by stopping the shuriken would miss it barely but do so nonetheless. Please continue the fight once Hikaro finishes editing.}

((according to Duckmasta we were both correct and wrong. (you more than I in a way) If I had not moved the bunshin she would indeed be killed, I will keep this in mind in the future. Your denial of the PM request is a legitimate one, however, I merely prefer to keep as much OOC from battle. My post has been edited, edits will be marked in red. The changes however, are very minor to avoid further complications. Sorry for the inconvenience, let us return to the fun.

I understand why you said all you did Duck however you are mistaken, my explosive tag and kunai were ready and in hand the post before I used them, which means I had ample time to do everything in my last post due to the preparation I made the post before my last.
The clone is still alive and Bronze is heading toward the smoke. That is were I will take my next post from, unless there is something else I will post in the next hour or so.

Not seeing his opponent leave the cloud of smoke Bronze turned sharply to the left and holstered his hammer, quickly after he started another set of seals making sure he kept a eye on all the clones movements. Once the seals were finished he said " Dust clone jutsu " Skidding to a halt yet another stout man was created, a exact replica of of Bronze. The clone turned to look into the cloud as it pulled out a kunai. It stood ready to protect the real Bronze from any attacks that may come from inside the cloud with a kunai in his right hand and a shield in his left.
Once the clone was created the real Bronze started charging back toward the Reiko clone. He moved his shield in place ready to block any incoming attacks and took his hammer back into his hand. It would take him a while to cover the ground between him and the clone but he had the real Reiko hiding and clueless of what going on out side of her cover, and he had his clone watching his back. He was confident his plan would still be pulled off correctly once this clone was taken care of. He was also sure that if the real Reiko made a move she would not know wich of the Bronze's were clones and which was real.
Ooc: In your post I should still in the middle of running toward your clone. I also moved around to the left so that the real Reiko wont know my position so can't accurately attack from with in the smoke.

------------------------------ Reiko decided the best plan would be to cross the smoke completely rather than try and attack the target right away. She sprinted to the far side of the smoke. As soon as she broke through the other side, she noticed a stone slab bordering the smoke and ducked behind it. Peeking around the side a bit, she could see her bunshin but no targets. She whispered "Kaze Bunshin" and a clone appeared behind her. Wordlessly, Reiko pointed back at the smoke. Reiko Bunshin 1 never got the chance to hide. Maybe if they kept killing his clones he would use up all his chakra? If it was so easy to kill his clones though, they could just do all the damage to the real one. That damned shield was really annoying. She was still on the other end of the map, so she could watch that whole side easilly. So while the two dwarves probably didn't notice Reiko's hiding place, RB did. She couldn't stay where she was for long, she needed to get closer so she could help the real her out. There was a rock about 20 feet from the dwarves, and Reiko would be able to see her from her own hiding spot. The Bunshin ran towards the dwarves as if to attack, and then at the last minute jumped behind the rock. They would likely see her do it, but she would give Reiko a good idea where they were. She ducked behind the rock just in time to not see the other bunshin rush at the targets. She wouldn't be able to tell which was real now!! Bunshin2 Nodded at Reiko's silent order, and ran through the smoke in the direction the attack had started. After bursting through the other side, she raised her sword and rushed towards the first Dwarf it saw. When it got close it would attempt to dice the target into as many pieces as possible before the real Reiko showed up.
