Shivering Isles hands down. I felt Cyrodiil was just too normal feeling. When I stepped foot in the Shivering Isles and then room dissolved into thousands of butterflies I was all like biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin biggrin . The environment, the tall mushroom trees the look of the enemies was a wave of nostalgia. I got that same warm fuzzy feeling I got when I first looked at Morrowind.

Shivering Isles was fun to play through, but I'm also a fan of Fighter's Stronghold.
I like to turn it into my personal Museum of Crap.

Totally Shivering Isles. Best sidequests ever!
Though I like Frostcraig for the alchemy stuff and storage space. There just never seems to be enough conviently placed boxes in the other houses.

I happen to mostly play a Mage Character, so I guess my favorite/most useful DLC would have to be Frostcrag Spire. Though, Deepscorn Hollow gets points for the Vampirism Curing Pool of Awesome.
It's a pain when I dungeon delve, and walk out of the cave infected with Porphyritic Hemophilia. Don't get me wrong, Vampirism is fun to play with, but after a while, you absolutely MUST play only at night, which can kind of get in the way of certain day-time quests.

Would have to be Shivering Ilse for the atmosphere, Colour, Storyline and Quest. It justs adds so much to the game.
Apart from Shivering Isles The Orrery is a favourite just because before I got it I just so wanted to see what was behind that door and once I got it I was not let down.

Shiviering Isles was awesome, but for a "Home-for-self" DLC, Wizards Tower was the best. Your own Spell and Enchant tables with an Alchemy enhancer, plus every alchemy ingerdiants, and teleporters to all Mages Guilds, I was leveling faster than ever.

Shivering Isles for the win! But I dont know if I could have done it without the "Tower of Alchemical Power" Frostcrag Spire.

Recently I purchased Razor and Thieves Den for Oblivion on the 360. But then I spied the GOTY edition in a store for a mere $20 and couldn't pass that up, so now I have Shivering Isles and Knights of the Nine as well.
The only problem? They're not on the same system sweatdrop So figuring out which one I like more will take some time - playing two characters AND of course, I am literally bouncing in my seat waiting for DAII in mere. Weeks! whee Which I've already pre-ordered.
But if I were to guess now, possibly Thieves Den. I've always wanted my own ship :3

Every-time I enter the Thieves Den cave I want to shout,"HEY YOU GUYS!"
Hopefully someone will get that Goonies reference.

All sort of look like Elder Scrolls characters... cool
