cool...quick question...is there one in there for the relieving of headaches with minimal resourses? I have 12+ hours of school twice a week, aqnd i dont like bringing meds to school for reasons that may be obvious to some (it is college, and i am 'popping pills' in class...enough said, rumor will be im a drugie)

There are variouse pressure points on your head that when used correctly can releive most headaches.
1. Massage your temples in a circular motion for about ten seconds.
2. Press hard on the inner parts of both eyebrows at the same time for ten seconds.
3. Press hard on both of your cheeks about one finger width away from your nose for about ten seconds.
4. Press hard on both sides underneath your ears and slightly behind your jaw for about ten seconds.
5. Press hard on both sides of the back of your head, right behind your ears and slightly above the earlobes.
This should help releive the pressure build up in your head. When I say press hard I mean be firm, but don't push so hard that you hurt yourself. It is best if you can leand a against a wall and have someone else do it for you, but it will work if you do it yourself. If you are to have someone else do it, be careful who you choose. Pushing too hard on these points can hurt you, and you also don't want bruises.

Okay, so do I like drop off my perscription here and pick it up on the other forum? blaugh
So, I'm interested to see if there are any spells for help finding friends?
I've attempted creating a spell for this in the past and at the end of the day ended up with a sore rear-end after three girls grabbed it. Just hoping I could compare what I did to what I should have done.

O_O lol...that is funny Rhuki...the only warning i have about friendship spells is they do not always seperate out someone who would make a good friend, and someone who only plays at being your friend...Frienddship is something that must be earned, not something that just happens. So e careful.
Penguin: Thanks alot for those points. I knew of a couple of them. I unfourtunately suffer from chronic migrane's and headaches and hate being on the medication all the time. So i will try these and see if they help.

Rhuki, there is one for a hospitality spell to welcome visitors and new friends into your life, i'll post it in the bos (i forget the name we gave it redface ) and Zionia i found a few, one requires nothing but a smooth perfectly round pebble washed found on a walk or in a garden and a potted plant or a garden

yea i know...im still looking for something for that annoying painful feeling of sandpaper being rubbed in your eyes when you get bad headaches...the headache is nothing compared to that sometimes
