Main Tank/Raid Healer – I was told I had a very Vanilla mindset healing style with mana conservation. I could keep the main tank alive as well as heal DPS during Wrath of the Lich King raids. Often, our 10mans only required one other healer even on Blood Princes in Icecrown Citadel.
I completed Naxxramas, Eye of Eternity, and Obsidian Sanctum (3 drake) on both 10 and 25mans. I was raid leader for Naxxramas 10 and 25mans.
Around the time of Ulduar and Trial of the Crusader's release, the server Uther was big into linking previous Ulduar completion and ToC completions a week after full release. My experience in Ulduar was never completed, but after Icecrown Citadel started the gating release, I was able to complete ToC 10 and 25mans.
Icecrown Citadel's highest completion was The Fall of the Lich King (10man) and earning the title The Kingslayer. Other minor achievements completed were Once Bitten, Twice Shy (10man), The Orb Whisperer (10man), Boned (10man), I’ve Gone and Made a Mess (10 & 25man), and I’m on a Boat (10man). I was also raid leader/strategist for Lich King when we defeated him.
Ruby Sanctum was never attempted by the guild
- Cata:
Main Tank/Raid Healer – I started late in Cataclysm because I wanted to enjoy the leveling content before I dove into raids. Unfortunately, most on US-Scarlet Crusade/Alliance wasn't willing to take new players who weren't geared enough, so I never did tier 11 when it was current. After making a faction switch, I was able to PUG into a few Fireland raids. I helped with
What are you looking for in a guild:
A guild with the four pillars of foundation intact (A good policy, good officer core, a good application system, and a website) that is friendly, helpful, and goal driven. I am comfortable in a semi-hardcore1 raiding guild that is knowledgeable about fights and classes and is willing to down heroic raid content when there is no other raid content to explore.
What would you bring to a guild?
I try to be as knowledgeable of the game as possible and that includes visiting several sites such as tankspot, elitistjerks, and wowhead. Any information I find, I enjoy sharing with my fellow guild members so they can be just as informed as myself. I also have a very strong sense of loyalty when I am treated properly and with respect. If I ever feel like I have been taken advantage, I have learned to simply log off the game and analyze what happened from all sides. Should I be taken advantage of a third time, I will seek somewhere else to go that is my perfect fit.

How well do you know your class? Do you keep up with class theorycrafting?
Tankspot.com, Noxxic.com, and AskMrRobot.com are the first places I check in preparations for class changes or after class changes. I will try suggested options at least once, but if it does not fit my healing style, I will revert back to my former spec (I've only had one of my planned specs repeated by other players on my server).

What degree of raid preparation are you used to?
I grew up with a bandie where the rule was "to be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late, and to be late is to be left behind." My gear is always repaired before going into a raid, I make sure to have all my flasks, foods, and other consumables before invites are sent out. I am learning to not expect every other raider to have the same ingrain training as myself. Should I be late to a guild run, I will not moan about missing out on my raid spot. If I reach my burn-out point, I will inform the raid leader and will not accept raid invites until I am over the burn-out. Also because I do extensive research, I always try to come knowing the basic mechanics of the bosses that we will be attempting. If we wipe on a progression boss, I will try to help out with strategy and bettering my own abilities as well.
What internet provider do you use, and how fast is it? ATMC DSL, [link] tested by http://www.speedtest.net
What, specifically, is your availability for raids?
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 6-11pm EST
Exactly how aware are you that, if accepted, you would be entering a raid group that has been together for a long time, and that you will most likely have to start at the bottom of the totem pole?
Since I have joined eleven guilds to find the perfect fit, I am very aware that I will be entering a raiding group that is close knit and my addition could throw several players off until they are comfortable with me. I can agree to be at the bottom so long as I am given a chance at healing during raid encounters.
1 Hardcore – Players who set goals and do what it takes to achieve them (whether doing so is fun or not_, who constantly strive to improe their performance, and who value accomplishment above all else are, in my opinion, hardcore players.
