They say they are new but I saw them (well the first one anyway, can't be entirely sure about the second one) when the first scans were on the internet. But anyway the graphics in this game look phenomenal!
I really want some screencaps of the different playable races, especially the Dunmer.

I know they aren't new new. I saw the one with the sexy Nord as the header image for the Todd Howard podcast. I think this one might be a larger image of that one used, I would have to go look again. Most of the other concept art and or screen shots have been featured in the various articles that Gamer Informer has on there website.
Oh and I agree with your second statement. I want to see what my Dunmer brothers and sisters look like. Not that I would shy away from shots of the other races.

I know! I love the Dunmer; my main character on the games is usually a Dunmer female... though I have many other characters too of different races. I really want to see the elves; I hope the male Bosmer are still short, and the Altmer are tall and the Dunmer... are cool? Something like that.
I do wonder how Argonians will fair in such a cold climate though... they're reptiles after all.

I always picture the male Bosmer having a Napoleon complex, maybe that's why they are always the ones who have a few screws lose. I do have to say that the face's look load better and that I spy some 5 o'clock shadow on the guy behind the bar.
As for Argonians well was it ever said that they were cold blooded? I don't remember if that was established or not. Just because they are reptile like doesn't mean they follow the same rules in the real world.

From the pictures I saw in GI, it looks like character's are gonna be alot more customizable then just their facial features.
And not to be a downer, but all the pictures that you linked to are in Game Informer.

Well OXM lied to me then. Most of their page I've seen on Game Informer. The only one I wasn't sure about was the nature shot and the concept art. Over on the Beth Blog people were confused about this world exclusive stuff that OXM was talking about, I eventually saw a post from GStaff saying that they got a few new things that were in the Gamer Informer mag as well as a few new screen shots/ concept art.
