WWF reports that Shawn Michaels will undergo extensive neck surgery in the next couple of days following Jed's vicious attack. Michaels has suffered a severe neck damage that have paralyzed the lower half of his body. The Michaels family will continue to update the WWF about the Heartbreak Kid's condition.
