Gingerstar yawned, pink tounge flipping out and body stretching out. Closing her jaws she looked around the camp smiling at the soft clan life where no fights were breaking out. She padded to the fresh-kill pile and grabbed a large mouse in her jaws and took it to her favorite eating place and began eating.

Sunfur woke with a gently yawn turnign and twisting past the sleeping warriors out into the morning sun. HE stretched out his red coat grabbing onto the light with a death grip. HE practically glistened with it. He unsheated his claws then sheathed them again and walked over to his leader picking a vole on his way. "Good morning, Gingerstar." HE greeeted with a slight bow of his head before crunching on the mouse. "Sleep well?"

Who shall be Thistlepaw's mentor? C:

Doveclaw stretched out of the Warriors' Den with Scorthfeather at her heels. She let out a wide and loud yawn, drousiness still clinging to her greenish blue eyes. She turned and smiled warmly to her mate. "Sleep well, my love?" she purred, their tails intertwining.
Scorchfeather purred in snyc with his mate. "Of course," he blinked and glanced at the large fresh-kill pile. "Care for some breakfast?" he asked, grinning and padding over to grab a fat squirrel for them to share.
Thistlepaw exploded from the Apprentices' Den, ready to start his training. "Good moring ThunderClan!!" he yowled, practically waking every cat up from camp, to four trees. Thistlepaw grinned innocently as eyes turned on him. The young apprentice bounded over to meet his parents at the fresh-kill pile. He made a face at them, "Oh, gross! Why do you guys have to be all lovey-dovey in public?" he complained jokingly, sticking out his tongue. Doveclaw purred, and licked him between the ears. "Go find your mentor, and not annoy the whole Clan, for once, all right?" Thistlepaw stuck out his tongue again before running off to find his mentor.

Sunfur looekd up as he heard his apprentice's voice cry out. He sighed but smiled and got up bowing his head in gooodbye to Gingerstar then padded over to Thistlepaw. "Ready to start training?" HE asked sitting infront of the young cat.

Thistlepaw turned and spotted his mentor, Sunfur padding up to him. The apprentice crouched down, wriggling his haunches, pounced, twisted upside-down and swiped his paws at the air, and twisted back and landed on his paws, back into the defensive crouch, again, "Oh, you bet I am!!" he growled, but the twinkle in his eyes and excitement to start more training betrayed his fierceness.

Sunfur sighed at his apprentice's energy. He walked up beside him and pushed him over from his bouncing, uncentered body. "First calm down." He huffed and padded over to the entrance. "Come on then." HE chuckled nad bounded off for him to follow.

Thistlepaw bounced up and down- But then remembered what Sunfur said about calming down. He took in a couple deep breaths, and slowed his heartbeat. He opened his eyes, smiled, and raced out of camp, and after his mentor.
"What are we doing? Hunting? A border patrol?" he asked Sunfur when he caught up to the tom. Thistlepaw glanced around his territory.

Sunfur padded through the forest his paws hitting the ground with the sound of air. "I'm going to teach you how to take the wors situation and put it to your command." Sunfur told the young tom eyes closed as he passed trees in just the time he would almost hit. "Try and sense the forest." He whsipered ears pricked.

Thistlepaw frowned, but closed his eyes and kept pace with his mentor. He couldn't see anything!? Thistlepaw took nervous paw steps, slowly getting faster and faster. "Sunfur, how is this teaching me any-" Thistlepaw's complaint was cut off as the apprentice smacked, face first, into a fat oak tree. Thistlepaw opened his eyes and gcursed, "Fox-dung!" Thistlepaw rubbed his nose with a paw, and he glanced up at Sunfur. "How do you do that?" he complained, but his eyes sparkled with curiosity and a new-found respect for the older warrior.

Sunfur stopped looking at his apprentice after opening his eyes. "Well first be more confident. Dont distrust yourself. Open your jaws and take in the air. Your paws will guide you through vibrations and you'll know if your getting close to a tree by smelling it's sap. That's how." Sunfur explained with the ease of a elder. He padded slowly off towards teh border bu stopped ears craning and breath sharp. Mouse.

Cloudstorm padded out of the warrior's den and gave a yawn as he sat down. He gave a quick glance around camp looking to see if any other cat was awake, 'Well the couple is awake.' He thought and padded to the freshkill pile giving them both a good morning then took a mouse and padded away to find a good spot to sit and eat.

Nightstreak had awaken from another horrible dream, she moaned and shook her head to forget the horrible image of her sister dying a terrible death. She turned and saw her sister Thrushwing still alive, still breathing and that made Nightstreak gave out a relievd sigh as she scooted closer to her sister and licked her head.
Thrushwing felt her sister's warm, rough tounge on her head. She had awoken from it and lifted her head from her paws "are you okay, you look nervos" Nightstreak had told her once that she kept having horrible nightmares, but she wouldn't tell her what they were about.
Weaselfang heard his sisters murmuring "I'm still asleep" he mumbled to them.

Sunfur woke groggledly when he heard murmers throughtout the den. He sighe and rasied his head at teh family group laying eyes on them tiredly. "Must you wake everyone up everytime?" HE asked sighing again gettting up. "Well since you all are up time for Dawn patrol." he ordered walking out of the den.

"Were really sorry Sunfur, I just had another nightmare that's all" she mewed silently before getting up and out of the den to join the dawn patrol
"Another nightmare?" Thrushwing moaned from her sister having various nightmares and not telling her own sister what their about "alraight, sorry Sunfur" tired she hopped on her paws and climbed out of the warrios den and behind her sister.
Weaselfang followed behind his sisters and waited for Sunfur to lead. Weaselfang leaned and whispered into Nightstreak's ear "~was it the one with Thrushwing's death again?~" she nodded and he sighed.
