Sanity Not Included is the seventh Machinima series and is also the third written by both Dexterboy124 and Guitarmasterx7. The show is heavily based on Robot Chicken. (Co-Creator Guitarmasterx7/Lyle blatantly states that they "basically ripped off Robot Chicken" in an interview you can watch here.)

The show is similar to Robot Chicken in that it consists of various short sketches using "puppet characters" (rather than toys an action figures, SNI uses video game characters) crammed together in a ten to twelve minutes episode, loaded with buttsex jokes, fart-shitting comedy and boobie-riddled chaos.

Occasionally in season one, and consistently in season two, the show is wrapped up with an animated short starring its creators, Dexter and Lyle.

How Sanity Not Included was Founded

According to Lyle's Formspring, "I was driving down the road on my cross country tour through England when I had to use the bathroom. However, the only establishment around was a gay bar. I had to go so bad that I swallowed my dignity and went in. I rushed past the hustle and bustle (of gay men) into one of the bathroom stalls, and in my haste I forgot to lock the door.

Now I didn't know this at the time, but apparently if you do that at a gay bar, it's an open invitation for some gay dude to go in and [censored]. So in walks Dex, all hot and heavy and before I have a chance to say anything he starts [censored], and I was like, "whoa, dude, what the ******** are you doing?!?!?!" I explained the situation and we both burst out into hysterical laughter, so much so that I [censored] all over his face. It was then that I realized that I too was gay and we soon after got married and had loads of gay buttsex [...] One night, after a rousing night of butt humping in the moonlight, we laid on the grass, reminiscing about old times past, when we remembered that day in the gay bar bathroom. Recalling how hard we laughed (and ********, as we're both very gay) made us realize how wonderful the medium of comedy is, and how much love it creates. So we made the decision that day to start bringing joy to many through laughter, and that's why Sanity not Included came to be.

Because we're gay. Very gay. But especially Dex, because he was gay first.
