Nyyrikki walked away from the classrooms with little purpose, his hands shoved nonchalantly in his pockets and his chain hanging loosely around his neck. He looked neither enthused nor upset, just flat out bored.
At least, he was bored until a small pink kushi-kushi made a daring escape from his hood and when dashing for the monster forest. "What the jack... Wait! Get back here!" The minipet was newly aquired, along with two others, and had already proven to be a hassle to hang on to. It liked to make getaways like this, even if it always turned around and came back in the end.
With a hand outstretched Nyyrikki raced after the creature, cursing softly and doing his best not to trip and fall on his face. Was it really this hard to keep a tiny pet under control?

Airi had been Daisuke's main pet for a long time now which he couldn't really complain about, she made a nice, comfortable companion who didn't mind the cold that came with being a ghost and every one of his friends liked however she needed another friend to keep her company. One of his recent trips to the barren forest that surrounded the monster dorms, had lead to finding some kind of treasure.
He had kept the blue pendant with him, something strange about it that he didn't want to leave out of sight in case it was a Reapers necklace, cursed or something else that had potential to be dangerous. Over several nights the blue glow had become brighter, until finally it formed into a puppy, with silver horns and blue scripture across it's fur and now, it was a fully grown... Wolf? It came up to his waist. Thick paws, thick mane. His eyes took to the wolf-creature he had decided to take on a walk to try bond with it better. It remained quiet, walking at a steady pace, eyes never leaving the destination before them.
It stopped and so did he. He was curious as to why when it's head turned causally to it's right before it leaped over a twisted tree route swiftly and stopped before a creature that was running there way.
"Uggh! Where you going!?" Daisuke followed. A boil was heading their way, dressed in a hoodie, buckles and chains... Chasing something? He looked down, palm rested on the tree trunk at the little rodent scampering away. He almost wanted to laugh but disregarded the amusement.
"You ok there buddy? Having a bit of a pet issue I see?" He gave a light chuckle, waiting until the boil reached them in the light curses that were faint but could just be heard under the others breath.

It was incredibly hard to keep an eye on both the tiny pink creature and his surroundings all at once, and there was a bit of information processing error. It wasn't until Nyyrikki stopped at the base of the tree, glaring down at the rodent, that he even noticed there was another student near by. All he had seen was a pink blur of metaphorical torture running away. God, that seemed awful.
He glaced up at the boil, some of his exhasperated anger still trying to fade away. His hood was pushed back and he had his hands on his knees, blancing himself. "Oh no. Problem? We do this all the time." He glared at the fuzzball, which had now scurried up the leg of the wolf-like creature when it intercepted it's path and began trying to nestle in it's mane, despite the possible danger of doing so. It seemed content to have a new perch for the moment.

"You do this... All the time?" Daisuke switched glances between the boil and the rodent which had now found a new home in the mane of the wolf, which surprisingly, didn't seem to mind, in fact it was eying the owner of it suspiciously. "At least it keeps you on your toes." He laughed lightly, watching the wolf... Which he should really give a name already... Move over to the boil to sniff at his hands which were collected on his knees.
"Don't mind him..." He looked at the wolf not so sure what it was capable of yet as he leaned his back against the tree next to them. "Anyway, I'm Daisuke. Don't think we've met before..." Actually, looking over the boil he did seem vaguely familiar. He tried remembering where from, then realized he had come in to the second lit class. Or at least that's where he thought he remembered him from. He smiled, wondering if the other boil would offer his name, too.

"On my toes indeed." Nyyrikki snorted. He was locked in a glaring match with his Kushi, who had made quite the little nest of the wolf's fur and seemed quite comfortable. It's little black eyes seemed to be daring the boil to try to capture him. Nyyrikki ignored the taunt and glanced back to the student - Daisuke - and tried to offer the most genuine grin he could, which probably seemed a little tired and lopsided.
"I'm Nyyrikki. It's cool to meet you. Sorry about creating this diversion, though." He shrugged in his own, casually apologetic way, and promptly folded his legs and sat on the ground. His kushi was stationary, and that meant he was going to ride it out for however long was possible. "We didn't stop anything important, did we?"
