Calivian believed that by enhancing his robotics division, and completely forgoing every other aspect of his work, he could build a robot suit that would end his aging, and his need for other life needs... however this was a ruse. Adrian Calivian became however, the first robotic human. Of course he was a steampunk weapon, seeing as the lord of the city, Lord Krypta, wished to end a war against a rival nation. The doctor and the lord were indeed friends of a sort, and Adrian was gracious enough to help, but he'd need more power. With his already perfected suit, he experimented on a way to make himself a weapon that would never expend itself. Unfortunately, he succeeded.
Another year passed and Adrian was eventually forced to the war, because of Lord Krypta's heavy burden by a hateful court. Though Adrian was not without his faults of battle planning and tactics, the army was victorious, and returned to Revolvo City to complete his work. With the passing years, about five, Adrian brought the city higher up in the level of technology, creating newer engines and more efficient ways to use steam power. But Adrian became caught up in his work, and started using lightning power. Well, one day a passing storm gave him more than he needed, and a stray bolt struck his suit, and shocked him furiously, melting the armor to his skin. With his struggle came a brink of mindlessness, and he collided with more machines and parts, fusing them with himself, making him stronger, and faster. When Adrian awoke five hours later, his eyes bled black, and his skin was charred dark blue, nearly light black, he was found by some students and they helped his lifeless body to a chair, only to be met with a dark fate. The now deranged and mad Adrian Ivo took up his mighty hands and slaughtered all of the students, leaving blood and limbs all along the lab walls. He looked around, seeing engines and projects that lay untouched and molded them into a chain gun mounted on his arm.
He felt a change in power was needed and left the lab in search of the main citadel. Lord Krypta's reign was about to end. Having just made the extremely tough choice of choosing a tax raise for more profits to finance more efficient steam engines, Adrian Calivian burst through the great double doors, killing many guards and laying waste to the entire court. On his knees, Krypta asked why Adrian was doing this, and pleaded for mercy, for the death he did not deserve. Inevitably, mercy was granted, it would appear that Adrian's free will was not completely destroyed, so he ordered a few machine guards to lock away Krypta for eternity until death. When Adrian ascended the throne, a dark vortex appeared, and through it walked a phantom cloaked in dark clothing. Adrian nearly shot the man due to the belief of black magics still prominent, however the man held up his hand and shouted for him to wait. "Hear me out" he said, "I am not here to do you harm, I am merely here to give you information". Seeing no harm due to his strong stature, Adrian prompted the man to continue; "I am your servant. The dark being who sent that bolt of lightning to you. You are infused with magic far beyond that of human comprehension. You are half man... and half machine, but all magic. This power will make you immortal, so long as you do not leave this citadel... and with that, my part is done... " and the dark being vanished.
Heeding the being's words, Adrian Ivo Calivian never left the safety of the citadel. Many revolutionary resistances tried to dethrone him, but whenever they entered the citadel... they met death. The dark being never came back, having no need to, and now, a final five years later we meet with our storyline. A giant of a tyrant, Lord Adrian now rules Revolvo City, the capital of his empire, with a literal iron fist. His steamgear suit uses the latest in high-tech life support to keep his blood flowing forever, coupled with the fact that inside his citadel he is invincible, no resistance has stopped him. In his reign, he has enlisted the help of three elite shadow guards of different fighting styles and classes. These guards are the best of the best, and put all of the other soldiers to shame.
Revolvo has all but fallen, and needs a new king... nay, it needs it's old king... the good king... Lord Krypta must sit on the throne again. Not just so he may break the curse, but so he can restore Revolvo to it's former glory.
To think... all of this happened... in ten years... *The preceding and all material after are copyrighted properties of Shroud Sakai

The Lead Generals(( Pictures in links are not my own, credit is due to those artists with names on the picture. Once again, I claim no rights to these photos. )) These are the top dogs, those who enforce Lord Adrian's fear tactics, seeing as the big boss cannot leave his citadel. Ladies and Gentleman, their dossiers are as follows: Lord Adrian Ivo Calivian - His majesty, the unholy lord of this dark steam driven world, and hell-bent ruler of Revolvo city. He is ruthless, evil, uncaring, and hates anyone who speaks to him in any sort of a wrong tone. The large left hand he bores is the symbol he lives by, burning the palm and fingers by running heated steam through it, Ivo sets it on anywhere he decides he will own that is not already his. ... Personally... I hate the guy... Circi Anastasia Bell - Ah, what a beauty. This little number was taken prisoner by our Lord Krypta, however with her release, Adrian nearly lost his life. After realizing he was of no threat to her, Adrian recruited her for his dark seige ofthe city, and soon, the world. She's one hell of a marksman, and only uses long-ranged rifles to get her jobs done. Eight of our snipers have lost their heads before they even get a look at her... geez... she really is good. Brutus Forge - Good gravy... what an ugly sonuvabitch. I don't really know what happened to his real body, but some stories say that he sacrificed himself to Adrian in order to make himself live longer than fifty. You see he was cursed with a parasite implanted in his blood at birth, and it's been drinking his blood, leaving him with nearly nothing. Until he got his metal parts put in, he would've died the day after he went to Adrian. Sergei Dragovich - A russian strong-arm who came to Revolvo to sell his steel ware to the masses, and for a while, he was a large distributing company tycoon. He didn't like offices, and only worked outdoors. It wasn't until Adrian took over, that his steel rarity went through the roof! But that was when Adrian took notice, and forced Sergei to work for him. After a while, Sergei actually liked to make steel wares for Adrian, it seemed they were getting more use in the battles of tomorrow. Tch... what an idiot, he joined for the wrong reason.

Resistance Leaders (( Pictures in links are not my own, credit is due to those artists with names on the picture. Once again, I claim no rights to these photos. )) Tyler Archangel - A legend in Revolvo at only 23. It's claimed that Tyler took down an entire solider unit of Adrian's, with nothing but two pistols and his bare hands. Though this is highly speculated throughout stories and such. Archangel was the name given to him by his mother, before she was imprisoned in the maximum security tower near the south end of Revolvo. Now he leads the resistance, a band of rag-tag warriors with so many gadgets and gizmos on there side, in an attempt to free Lord Krypta, and his mother, and take the city back. Mika Summers - Technical specialist of the resistance and future wife of Tyler Archangel. When she was a girl, Lord Krypta invited her to the palace in order to test something, nothing harmful you understand. It was a steam engine that could power multiple homes with just one helping of water power. At the time, Mika was head of her class at the academy she attended, and gladly accepted the invitation to work with Krypta. Though while she was working, a power surge and stray explosive that got loose, took out her left arm, leaving nothing but a stubble in it's place. Crying wildly in pain, the medics worked fast, and eventually patched up the arm and gave her a new robotic one. Lord Krypta extended his apologies and said that the liquid inside of her new arm was a very powerful substance; unmeltable, unable to freeze, and able to shrink and grow as she thought of ways to use it. Fast-Forward to about now: Mika joined the resistance the day she met Tyler, and the two have been in love ever since then. She is 23 Drake Summers - Weapons specialist of the resistance and the elder brother of Mika. When he joined the resistance, shortly after Mika, Drake wanted nothing to do with Tyler. Eventually however, the two became close friends, almost like brothers. Drake was always handy when assembling guns for his father, and that would be an incredibly valuable asset to the resistance. He is 26. Naomi - The youngest and strongest of the resistance. She is 17 but can lift large engines and gerders without any help. Naomi's mother was killed by Adrian and her dying wish was that Naomi be set free. Denying the request, Adrian ordered her dead... so she ran. Naomi was found on the streets by Mika only two years after she had joined the resistance, and realized her amazing talent first hand, nearly being crushed in a hug by Naomi. Tyler was impressed by her strength, and welcomed her without need for a hug, to which he politely declined with a kind smile, backing away slowly. She got him later though, hehe. Unfortunatly, Naomi has no last name that she can remember, and it haunts her to this day, saddened by her lack of name.

Oh the places we'll go Revolvo - Our home! Our sanctum! The place where chili dogs are normally priced at two dollars a piece! Yes, this is Revolvo, over 200 buildings and counting, one giant castle, and a whole lot of steam power in the center of it all. If that's not enough to wet your whistle, we have indefinite travel radius here, because Ivo's forces can't handle all of us! Resistance Base - On the north end of Revolvo, nestled perfectly into a few buildings and hidden in plain sight from Adrian, is where we are right now: The resistance base! Beyond that vault door, lies our entire operation: Weapons, R&D, training grounds, living quarters, the works. Everything you could imagine to wage war is in there. But unless you're part of the resistance and have a cool ID card, YOU AREN'T GETTING IN! Moving along.
