I don't honestly run a Worm deck, but I do know people who run them, and I run Venoms so I hope my advice will help=/
Since most reptile based cards work in any other one, try and use the traps and spells from other archetypes. My recommendation is to not go for a pure light worm deck, like instead of your Blue Eyes, a Venominom (yes I know I probably didn't spell right) would probably have a better place in the deck because it can easily have more power the Blue Eyes (especially after using future fusion for Worm Zero. Also molting escape is real good for reptile decks. Snake whistle is also a good card, then use book of moon on what ever you just summoned with it, since worms are focused on FLIP effects, but also book of eclipse also is a major help.

Here's a link to what was recently played at YCS Dallas. I don't know much on Worms, but the concept of using a deck surrounded by flips and sets with Heat Wave which I love, seems pretty good. http://www.konami.com/yugioh/blog/?p=4929
