The Negaverse had no time to lose. The senshi had no time to react. One moment, things were quiet, peaceful... it was like being in paradise, even. It really seemed like they had finally found their own sanctuary to escape to when they needed a safe place to have meetings and make plans, or even to just relax. They say that some things are too good to be true. The hidden paradise of Elysion, unfortunately, had turned out to be one of those things. Helios had made it clear enough that the realm was not meant to be a playground for anyone, senshi or otherwise. And the Negaverse had made clear that Elysion was not as hidden as previously assumed. They descended on everyone, like a swarm of wasps out of a kicked nest. The war had begun. This is an ORP battle for all powered characters.
If you did not post in the Senshi or Negaverse meetings that led up to this fight, don't worry. Anyone can still enter at any time.
You have a full 24 hours to get your fight on, after which this thread will close -- this means Sunday at 8pm CST!
In order to avoid confusion, please specify who you are targeting IN BOLD TEXT. If you are playing a senshi, you might also consider including a short description of your attach when you use it!

"To be remembered" Bismuthite said to himself as his weapon was summoned - the small metal airbrush gun with it's tube wrapped around his waist, and the weight of the small air compressor at his back. There were also the vials of paint tucked in his belt. He hadn't time to figure out how to use his weapon, but he had a quick mind - blind them. Blind them than deliver blow after painful blow. And then hope that there would be someone to cover for him as he reloaded.
In formation he marched. Marched on to battle. His first battle. And what a way to begin.
------------------------------------
Bellatrix stance was tall, defensive, and ready. Her spear clenched in her hands. It was lucky she had brought it after all. She was beginning to think she had wasted her time. It didn't seem like the Senshi were going to have to go anywhere - the Negaverse was coming to them. And the Senshi would do what they've always done - protect. Protect Elysion, protect the Earth. Good would triumph over evil! Even if good and evil was all in the perception.... The Senshi would win. No doubts about that. She didn't allow herself to doubt it. The Senshi of Fortitude stood resolute.

Her response to Eridanus was twittering on the tip of her tongue, words on the verge of being spoken as her lips parted... Only to be cut off by the tone of voice coming from someone else, somewhere else, eyes going wide as she searched for the source, catching sight of Saiph and Alshain instead.
"Come on..." Corvus snatched Eridanus's hand, giving it a tug as she tried to figure out the best way to weave through bodies in order to reach their other teammates so that they could catch up to them before they wandered too far, now keeping an eye out for Arsinoe again as well. "If we're going to have to fight to stay here I want to be around people I trust. I..."
A chill overcame her as she turned her head in time to see the Negaverse formation moving out... Moving towards them. "s**t." Understatement. Great, big understatement. "We need to get to them. Now. And keep an eye out for my cou-- For Arsinoe, please?" God, why had she let him out of her sight?

Zirconia had been a lurking presence, as usual, hovering just near enough to keep her eyes on the Blood Moon Senshi. She had been there wanting to escape the crowded warehouse and was an indignant furball floating in space watching other senshi and feeling like she won the team lottery, but having set foot in Elysion her attitude became less annoyed and flippant and shifted to something less openly hateful. Slightly less.
It was beautiful and it was awful, all at the same time. The stark contrast to Tartaros was an unwanted reminder of how much she preferred her home. She'd taken her humanoid form since entering the paradise and allowing herself to be lulled into the security it seemed to promise, and she stood at her full height, tail swaying in thought as her toes curled into the grass and her lips pressed into a serious, straight line. She found herself caught up in paying attention to the scenery before spotting a familiar senshi moving in the corner of her eye. Sirius. She'd stop keeping track of the Blood Moon Court at some point and so she stopped lingering from a distance and caught up with the cluster near Ares, only giving a slight bowing nod of the head in greeting to the senshi of smoke and returning to silent observation.
Until she heard the Helio's words and the instant dread that they brought on.
The parallel guardian's eyes focused on the impending swarm, instantly feeling trapped in the crowd of senshi as if she couldn't even breathe. She said nothing but she glanced to Ares, briefly, and set her eyes back to the enemy, urgency and malice radiating from her body language. So much for paradise.

They came on like a sudden storm, a cloud of dark-clad soldiers that moved across the brilliant green expanse with ominous intent. Their footsteps fell in sync, a thundering noise that announced their arrival even before they crested one gentle slope. They were lead by faces that might seem unfamiliar to most, whose power signatures were nothing short of staggering for those who could sense them. The Generals followed not far behind, Tanzanite among them.
As they came into view, the churning crowd of senshi suddenly silent and still, her blackened heart skipped a beat. Her hands were shaking, though not with fear, but with excitement. This was it. After so much waiting. So much fighting. After the scars and the death and the bloodshed, it was finally here.
She could have cried at the beauty of the sight.
“SENSHI,” she practically roared from the hilltop, her hand resting on the black and orange clad figure at her side. The voice was not only that of the woman, but of the youma who had become so much a part of her. It was a screaming sound beneath Tanzanite's own strong, feminine voice, an echo that so perfectly displayed the darkness that had grown inside of her. The dark fingers of the youma arm gently combed through Alkaid's long, pale dreadlocks, and a sickening smile twisted Tanzanite's lips.
No moment had ever been so perfect as that one, as she stood at the top of that slope and looked down upon them, one of their number standing so willingly by her side. Alkaid had been a perfect choice, corrupted after she had made her promise to Castor, to all of them. Alkaid had been one of them then, another mindless lunar invader, until the Negaverse had cleansed her body of such impurities. She had been purified, reborn in darkness, and she stood as a testament to the power of the Negaverse.
“We made you a promise, did we not? And we have kept it. You stand on sacred ground, our ground, and I will see your footprints washed from this field with blood. Look upon your future, warriors of the moon,” she practically spat the words, “And tremble, for only death awaits you.”

They were there, scattered amongst Elysion like the merry, cajoling fools they really were. Were they so arrogant to truly think that the Negaverse would sit idly by and do nothing while they tried to corrupt the Earth? Never again, not so long as he was still alive and able to fight. It was strange, to be sure; apathy had consumed him for so long now, and yet seeing them brought back all the old feelings of hate, the frenzied desires and longing urges to simply flay them where they stood.
His cap billowed behind him as he rushed forward, tapping into the enhanced speed and strength that the corruption of his star seed had blessed him with. There was little time to think with their enemies as distracted as they were, and Obsidian did not plan on squandering the opportunity.
His blade had already materialized in his hand, and without delay, the General held the weapon high over his head before he slammed it into the ground. The effects were instantaneous. The ground itself rippled and bucked underneath the feet of the senshi, a living shock-wave that was meant to knock them off balance.
They were only just getting started, and he hadn't even brought out the big guns just yet. Wasting no time, the redhead leapt into the fray, a whirlwind of razor-sharp cuts--at least, until someone would try to confront him head-to-head.
There were no words to spare, no boasting claims. The only thing that Obsidian needed to prove was death was a very real and tangible thing. The senshi would find this out soon enough.

Zinkenite gave a soft chuckle. "...Well... now things really get serious don't they." He cracked his knuckles and swept down the hill he glanced towards Linarite, he'd have her back. He was going to follow her to go after Castor, he'd promised. He glanced towards Fayalite, but her eyes were already on a target of their own, no surprise there... he'd try and keep her safe as well but right now...
"YOU SHOULD HAVE STAYED ON YOUR HOMEWORLDS... GO BACK TO WHAT YOU ALREADY RUINED OR -PERISH- FIGHTING FOR WHAT WE WILL NOT LET YOU TAKE!"

"Ta-dah!" The familiar cheerful voice could be identified by one of the negaverse agents that stood in front-- You couldn't miss her. Amongst the black uniforms (or white or what colors everyone was wearing) the pink and yellow General stood a little more .. colorful from the rest. A herd of black uniforms and dark energy enclosed from behind the angry priestess-- Of course, the negaverse would never have been what you labeled, a "cheerful bunch." But it didn't mean that it lacked cheer-- especially from this General.
"What, no invitation? We're hurt, guys." Serandite shook her head, one hand waved in a gesture of dismissal. "Like Pegasus said, this place is off-limits. We're here to give you a warm exit.. from here and earth! " She addressed the senshi before her, running forward into the fray, leaping forward, her bunny rapidly growing in size beside her. "Tanz, I'm going in with Obsidian!" She shouted as the red-haired general flew past the crowd, Serandite's pink hair following in the wind, her kimono sleeves billowing. To Obsidian's side, General Serandite would be alongside her bunny, a giant paw aimed towards the accumulation of white-clothed senshi.
Like Obsidian, engaged in a confrontation with anyone and everyone.

It was an fairly impressive way to have his first introduction to any kind of 'space' travel, first being introduced to a paradise, and second to have it invaded by the Negaverse and Eridanus followed closely on Corvus' heels, peering at the charging agents coming over the hill. It was so WRONG, this happening in a place like this!
"Corvus!" He warned, wondering if he should stop long enough to attack, or if they should join the others first.
----
"CLAWS OF THE LION!" Regulus (it WAS Regulus afterall...)) wasted no time finding the first window in which to attack, hurling what resembled eight small curved knives or claws of fire at the first Nega-agent he saw... which in this case, was Bismithite. Granted he hadn't taken the most time to actually calculate range, but he'd gotten a little gun shy about giving certain negaverse agents to get a shot off. He wasn't sure what the burst of anger from Pegasus was about, but even SHE couldn't argue with the need to stomp out this threat... could she?

This was bad.
This was pretty damn bad.
He had no idea that they weren't allowed to be here. How could he have known ? Still, every muscle tensed when the negaverse called out, even more so than when the dream priestess had made her own statement.
Paradise had became hell, and... s**t, where was Bellatrix ?!
He swallowed the lump that was forming into his throat and tried to find her. Where was she ?!

Boreas' playful conversation with his fellow handmaiden had greatly lightened his mood. The beginning of the meeting had left him with a bad taste in his mouth, not to mention his disdain at losing the calming effect of weightlessly floating amongst the stars. Neso had been a powerful elixir in his own crazy way. As the two young men continued their jog towards the Princess of the Seasons, Boreas turned to scan the horde of male senshi once more. He couldn't wait to get to know each one. However, as his blue eyes looked over the crowd, he saw the force of evil racing towards them.
"Uh Neso, I think we may need to speed things up a bit here. I don't think we have the luxury of playing tag any longer."
For a moment, his mind was blank. Not one single thought passed through as he tried to think of the best way to look after Chronos and keep the others safe as well. He knew he had to protect her. That wasn't a topic for debate. Boreas would look after his princess, here and now. The time for cruising the charming young male senshi was over. Now he needed them to fight. He needed to fight. Regardless of the sheer number of Negaverse officers, he wasn't going to allow them to touch the princess.
"Guess we really have our hands full now! If need be, I'll run ahead and hold them off."

Europa'd been uncharacteristically quiet at the meeting. Maybe it had to do with arriving late, getting stuck in the back between two green-as-spring-onion newbies at the back, and not having the energy to interrupt and push her way up to where the people she recognized were. Things had been happening too quickly for her to have any useful input, though - the warehouse, then outer space again, and then... here? Elysion?
And then- and then-
It was a trap. She didn't even have to utter the words, didn't even have time to size up the situation - just that they'd been led here, and they'd fallen into an ambush. Had Chibimoon known? She wanted to believe, she wanted to believe that her princess hadn't - why would Chibimoon lead them straight into the Negaverse's hands? Chibimoon hated the Negaverse. Or at least Europa thought she'd gathered that much from their conversation.
The former pretty-shorted warrior pushed her way through the crowd of Senshi, trying to make it closer to the front lines. She knew her team was here somewhere, it was just a matter of rallying the Basterds. "Bellatrix!" she cried, spotting the blonde a few yards away. "Have you seen Themis? Or Regulus?"
Oh, god, Regulus - when she found him - she was going to - she wasn't sure. She needed to find him, to find the rest of their team, or else they might wind up like that lifeless doll up on the hill. The purple-haired general's words made her feel ill, though. Sacred ground? To the Negaverse?
"Chibimoon is princess of the earth and the moon! This land is hers!" Europa yelled back, though her words were probably lost in the chaos of battle. And then she saw a familiar set of fiery blades arc through the air and set off to find Regulus.
"Reg!" she shouted, making her way ungracefully through the crowd. "It's good to see you. Sir Regulus."
Awkward.
She turned her attention to the oncoming horde. "Who do I paralyze first?" Not like she had any choice in the matter.

Stupid senshi. Bismuthite had heard what had been said about making the senshi exhaust their attacks. Still, he hadn't exactly expect to have said attack to be directed at him so early on, and not exactly out of calculated provocation.
Regulus' attack caught his sleeve and coat tail, but drop and roll was a early lesson fro his childhood that didn't go forgotten in the face of war. Mid run he hit the ground and rolled, once he was back upright his weapon was aimed, trigger pulled, and paint aimed for his attacker's face, and his attacker's little companion.
________________________________
Bellatrix hadn't even time to reply to Europa before she had answered her own question. Well one half of it anyway. Bellatrix was resolute to defend Elysion, but she would have been more comfortable if she knew where Themis was. Her grip on her weapon tightened and a brow furrowed. She bit her lip. He'd be okay, she tried to have faith. A quick glance was given though, over the senshi side of the battle as she moved though them, seeking, but soon she had a opponent of her own to contend with. Other than her worry.
That one disposed of quickly enough, and with the familiar sight of Themis, she tried to weave her way through the crowd.

"Where here"
He had never figured he'd ever think of something he said as ominous but almost as soon as the words were out of his mouth the angry words of the Priestess rang out over the Senshi.
"Get out"
As the feeling rang through him he set a hand on his lantern and another around Denebola's arm. Hearing the shouts of other Senshi he looked over toward the hills behind the temple. Negaverse "Damn it .... Denebola, we've got to find Corvus."
His cousin knew others. That's probably where she'd run off to while he'd gone after his friend. "She's friends with other fighters. We stand a better chance against ... groups. We'll work better in groups."

Amber eyes widened and locked on the figure calling out to the senshi. Tanzanite. Saiph felt a moment of shock as how the other girl had changed. There was a distinct sense of the inhuman rippling around her. And that ripple was currently encompassing someone that Saiph had never wanted to see on a battlefield.
"Alkaid," the name ripped itself from her throat in a hoarse choke as she began to move towards the corrupted senshi. Her focus narrowed to the slim, pale figure as her steps quickened. Nothing else mattered right now, but making sure that Alkaid survived.
And with that thought, the Senshi of the Primoridal was within mental and emotional inches of becoming a hazard to her own side. She knew what the Negaverse could do when it worked together. Hell, she knew what Tanzanite could do. And she wasn't all that interested in seeing a repeat of the slaughter at the Tree.
------------
Alshain had realized too late what was going to happen when he felt Saiph began to move away. He grabbed for her and missed, then debated for half a heartbeat on chasing her down. And while he hesitated, she was getting further away from him.
The Gryphon senshi swallowed hard and froced his thoughts away from Saiph. If he went chasing after her, he'd be removing himself as a fighter. And while his attacks weren't terribly impressive, what he lacked in magic, he made up for with pure height and muscle. Face twisting into an anguished snarl, he cast about for anything he could use as a weapon before finally settling on his own fists. If nothing else, perhaps he could help get the wounded out of the way.
