I don't eat that often. I have an eating schedule, and don't eat most days during the weekend until 5 PM. I just drink water and sit around, do crunches and push-ups. That's probably not healthy. I don't know? I've been told to watch my caloric intake, or to have smaller meals throughout the day, but... yeah, I prefer one or two meals a day. Maybe snacks. Mostly water.
Am I doing it right?

I think that's fine if you're not in pain or anything from hunger, because maybe this is what your body needs right now.
But I would definitely recommend making an effort to eat breakfast as often as possible. My Mom hates breakfast because it "takes too long" and is "too much trouble", but she's noticeably happier and has more energy during the day and even feels better about herself when she does eat breakfast, even though she doesn't really realize it.
Even a small breakfast makes a big difference.

Water should be your friend throughout the day no matter what eating schedule you're on, but if you're looking to lose weight, definitely don't do the one-two big (relatively) meals a day thing. It'll just make it harder for you to keep off weight. Small meals throughout the day are ideal, but with classes and such probably not realistic. Just carry around fruits and other light things with you and keep your metabolism active.
If you're doing crunches and push-ups intensely (as in doing them to the point of physical exhaustion or where you feel a huge burn/strain) then you'll want to eat afterwords since you're tearing muscle and need nutrients (read protein) to rebuild for your next sess.
If you're just doing them casually and relaxingly where you could probably keep a conversation or read a book while you do them, then they probably aren't helping.
Moral of the story: eat/drink throughout the day, avoid big meal-low frequency, and eat after intense workouts.
