Not sure when the forum was put up, but I just found it. You can choose a side (Anti or Pro) and give gifts along with Valentine cards to your friends/fellow gaians.

I really like the items, they are very well designed this time, imo. The gifts cost between 100-10,000g and 199-499cash.
