Ten Tails (Jubi)
The Ten-Tailed Beast (十尾, Jūbi) is the original, primordial demon of the Naruto universe. All nine of the tailed beasts are but portions of chakra divided from the Ten-Tails. Madara Uchiha's ultimate goal, the Eye of the Moon Plan, was to capture and merge all nine of the tailed beasts back into the Ten-Tails, and become its jinchūriki to cast the reflection of his Sharingan on the moon, casting a genjutsu known as the Infinite Tsukuyomi which would have put the entire world under his control.
Centuries before the founding of the hidden villages, the Sage of the Six Paths saved the world from the Ten-Tails. He managed to subdue the beast and sealed it within his own body, becoming what could be considered the first jinchūriki. However, this offered merely a temporary solution to the menace; in the event of his death, the seal would dissolve and the Ten-Tails would once again be unleashed upon the world. Knowing this, the Sage searched for a more permanent solution. Ultimately, the Sage succeeded by using the jutsu Izanagi to divide the Ten-Tails' chakra into the nine monstrous entities that would later become known as "tailed beasts", scattering them throughout the world. As a final precaution, using Chibaku Tensei, the Sage entombed the physical remains of the Ten-Tails within a colossal stone prison and hurled it into the heavens, creating the moon.
In the moon lies the remnants of the Juubi, still a terribly evil creature, there he has sat looking upon the ninja world. He became tired of the moon, searching for 100s of years, he has found a way to escape...Well, move.
With no intentions to destroy the world, he simply looks for entertainment, he found a well spring of negativity using it as a bridge he locked his chakra and spiritual energy within a new-born, simply to see how much fun he could have.
Description:
So far, the Ten-Tails has only been seen once, in silhouette, but the form of its body seemed to be closest to that of the Nine-Tailed Demon Fox's body. Also, it appeared to have only one eye, which had four Rinnegan-like concentric circles, with nine Sharingan-like tomoe in the three circles closest to the pupil. It is said that the actual image is of a Wolf with fur as dark as the night sky.
As the fusion of all nine tailed beasts, the Ten-Tails is said to possess massive and overwhelmingly foul chakra that is potent enough to bring total despair and destruction to the world. Because the nine tailed beasts are merely byproducts of the Ten-Tails, it is presumed that the Ten-Tails has all of their traits, condensed into one body. It was shown having a single unique eye, but what it is or if it is a unique dōjutsu is unknown.
The astonishing feat of not only successfully sealing the Ten-Tails, but also suppressing it, made the Sage a god-like hero throughout the shinobi world.
Restrictions:
This demon is the most powerful demon though it has such power, the drawbacks are equal if not worse than the powers gained by the demon. In the first stage you gain a slight amount of power from the beast along with speed and chakra, there one drawback to this stage due to the effects on your body you will pass out after the fight. The Second stage chakra in the form of the Jubi surrounds you gaining a great deal of all the Jubi's powers, the Drawback is the longer you stay in this form the harder it is to control and the effect it takes on your body can get bad enough to make moving for a week after using the form impossible. The third and final stage, you take the form of the Jubi (just smaller) the power you gain is unbelievable, the drawback is after 5 posts the demon will take over and your character dies leaving the Jubi with no host.
Levels of Demon:
Initial Jinchuuriki Form
The Jubi has sensed the need for help, taking advantage of this he lends you power a small amount for your body rejects most of his power at first only giving a small amount to the user. In this stage the user gains a rank in speed strength and chakra. This stage has a max duration of 2 posts, if the user stays in this form for the 2 posts the user will fall unconscious. There is a 3 post cool down on this stage
Juubi no Koromo (10 Tails Shroud)
The Jubi releases enough of his power that chakra around you takes the form of the Jubi. The Chakra moves on it's own accord, while the Jinchuuriki has a say on movement often the Juubi will do as he wishes. However, it just multiplies the unpredictability of this form. While in this form there is no limit on duration, however the after effects become more severe the longer this form is maintained.
1 - 3 Posts - The user feels fatigued but can essentially continue fighting and using the Juubi's powers.
4 Posts - The user will lose 2 ranks on their Strength, Speed, and Chakra.
5 Posts - The user will fall unconscious.

Juubi no Mai (Dance of the Ten Tails)
The final stage in which the Jinchuuriki takes the form of the Juubi, the visage of a black wolf. In this form the User has full access to the Juubi's power, not many can withstand this form, including the user.
1 Post - Fatigue, 5 post Cooldown of all Juubi Techniques.
2 Posts - Severe fatigue, the user will lose 2 ranks on their Strength, Speed, and Chakra. 5 post cool down on all Jubi techniques.
3 Posts - The user will be knocked unconscious for 3 posts, during this time they cannot be awoken.
4 Posts - The User will fall ill, most of their chakra has been given to the Jubi, they must rest to allow their chakra pool to fill. The user will be knocked unconscious for 3 posts, and another 5 while either sleeping or resting in a bed.
5 Posts - Instant death, the Juubi frees itself from it's prison and wreaks havoc on the Shinobi world.

Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

Description: A basic skill that lets the user invest chakra into a rope or chain to push the knot in it in the right way, so it loosens. This is used to escape from a rope binding.
Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique)
Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering.

Chakra Kami Nawa (Chakra Hair Rope)
Description: By laying down large amounts of hair, the user can create a chakra infused rope that can bind an opponent's legs to the ground. This leaves the enemy open to various kinds of attack since they are unable to move. In order to be effective, the opponent must be standing on the hair.
System: The number of posts the enemy will be unable to move is equal to the user's Chakra Control. For each point more the enemy has in Chakra Power than the user does, the effect will diminish a post. The minimum remains at one, though, and can never be fully negated.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it can’t harm anyone it’s useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place.

Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.
Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) are magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make.
Nin Shiki Kaado (Secret Information Cards)
Description: A technique which conceals information of an individual on a card. The information is burned onto the cards with chakra and can only be revealed by the user's chakra. Of course, this technique can also be used to store information on a different object and conceal it, like a wall, a door, or scroll. This technique cannot be used to burn information to a card that your character does not actually know, or has known at some point in his or her life. In other words, if your character is to put information onto a card about a shinobi, then that character must have met this other shinobi (or studied him through some other means), and learned from him exactly what it is the other shinobi can do before that information can be put on the cards.

Hitoshizeru Bakuhatsu No Jutsu (Hidden Explosion Technique)
Description: A simple yet effective technique that forces chakra out from the entire body, blowing out smoke and any small surrounding debris. This causes confusion, and allows the user to escape unnoticed. Useful for sneaky exits. This technique is basically the same as using a smoke bomb, and cannot be used for offensive purposes. It simply creates a large cloud of smoke to allow the user to escape.
Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Description: By lifting objects with chakra, the user can launch small objects like roof tiles, small rocks and more at their enemy as if they were shuriken.
Chakra Tsuitou no Jutsu (Chakra Hunting Technique)
Description: During chase procedures, when the user has been closer to the target than 20 feet, and having had the ability to see the target clearly under those circumstances, the user can remember the target's chakra currents and distinguish these for a number of posts equal to the user's control divided by two. If the enemy uses a Genjutsu, or gains a difference of more than a mile, the user will lose track of the target.
Nioi Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Smell Covering Technique)
Description: This jutsu basically creates a layer of chakra that seals in scents. The user coats himself in a thin layer of chakra, creating an air tight seal that doesn’t allow any scents to escape. If they touch anything a scent is not left behind. (As if they are wearing chakra gloves.) This starts to take up a lot of chakra if used for long periods since a new coating must be applied every few minutes to keep it effective. The user cannot use this jutsu on other people.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Water Walking)
Prerequisites: Kinobori no Jutsu
Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.
Tessayose no Jutsu (Iron Chain Calling Technique)
Description: With a range of the user’s sight in a general given area, the user slams their hand against a surface. Anywhere on the surface in plain sight for the user calls five separate chains to tie down a target. The chains are made of simple iron but are extremely thick and heavy, but dispel once the target is completely free. This jutsu was designed mainly to fight Taijutsu Human Tank users. The chains are helpless against Ninjutsu techniques. These chains are completely normal save that the user can control their movement.
Saihen no Te (Hand of Debris)
Description: By manipulating the users chakra around small surrounding objects, once can create a hand attached to the ground for defensive or offensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary; however the largest it can get is 5 feet tall. The hand can not move from the position on the ground, but it can bend and grasp. The main drawback though, is that the hand is only as strong as the materials used to make it, so while a hand made mostly out of stones and pebbles would be hard, a hand made mostly out of leaves would be easily broken.
Kisousei Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Homing Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Prerequisites: Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, the objects will chase after the designated target for a length of 3 posts. The object can not make 90 degree turns, and can only veer left or right. This makes turning around possible, but not sudden. If the object hits something like a tree or rock it will stop.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Description: A forbidden jutsu that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal Bunshin no Jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of the user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. These kage bunshin are also capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and bunshin jutsu), and each kage bunshin may use one jutsu.
Hiritsuku Kasumi no Jutsu (Stinging Mist Technique)
Description: The ninja inhales and sends out a spray of stinging substance from his mouth. The technique itself looks like the fine spray from a hose, with the droplets being a slightly yellowish color. However, anyone who is hit by this technique will feel as though the exposed parts of their skin has been rubbed with a powerful irritant.
Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)
Description: This technique originated in the Sand and was actually utilized by the Suna shinobi Yashamaru in a failed assassination attempt. By focusing chakra into projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken, the ninja can make those weapons hover in the air before sending them at his target with the same force he usually uses to manually throw them. Conceivably, the shinobi would be able to attack his enemy with much more ammo then he can hold in his hands. The hover effect can last up to three posts.
Bakuretsu Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Exploding Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)

Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, when the flying roof tiles or other small objects make contact with their target, they explode. The explosion is relatively small however, not nearly as great as that of an exploding tag, but more like the force of a smoke bomb. The flying objects will explode the moment they contact another solid surface regardless of whether it is the intended target or not.
Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Walking on Air)
Description: The art of walking on water and trees has long been known to many shinobi. However, although many have aspired to walk on the last frontier, the air itself, all but a handful of ninja have failed at doing such a thing. The first recorded instance of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was recorded long ago, in the Country of Wind, ironically. There, a famous ninja had discovered that by focusing his chakra into his feet and propelling it outward with utmost control, he could perform a sort of double-jump while airborne. This enabled him to jump almost twice as high as he normally could and in addition, it gave him utmost control of his body while airborne, making him a superb fighter. The technique was passed down through that fighter's family for years. The secret was well-kept and guarded carefully. However, the family's devotion with which they protected this secret ultimately led to their downfall. They were captured by a rival country and tortured endlessly in order to attain the secret technique. Nobody spoke and they were killed; their assailants figured that if they couldn't have the secret technique, nobody could. For awhile, the art of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was lost. Just recently, a resurgence of this forgotten art has been seen. A few grandmaster shinobi, having remembered stories of the ancient art, have learned to perform the art on their own. In addition, two scrolls containing information on the art have been dug up and been in circulation on the black market for several months, although most who have read the scrolls have been unable to learn the art. As of now, there are very few who know anything about the art and even fewer who can use it effectively. While airborne, the user can focus his chakra into his feet in order to make a sort of invisible stepping stone to push off of again. This can be used as a sort of double-jump commonly seen from, say, Mario, or be used to push off and change directions in midair. This technique can only be used once per jump, and the strength of the second jump is no greater than the strength of a normal jump. For instance, if your character has a five foot vertical leap, using this technique he could conceivably jump ten feet into the air.

Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.

Description: This genjutsu can create fake blood and wounds on the user’s body to fool the enemy that he/she is wounded. The illusion is only visual; it cannot trick the sense of smell.
Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique)
Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk.
Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique)
Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.

Description: A low level illusion skill, which makes the opponent envision a very traumatic scene. After being put in some form of trance by leaves, grass, flower petals, and dust flying in front of the eyes, the target creates this vision himself. The jutsu only forces the target to think about the worst event possible for them, and then capitalizes on that by showing it happen.
Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Sly Fellow Mind Skill)

Description: This technique was developed in order to slow down an enemy’s movement and confuse them while the user prepares an assault against them. It cannot be used in combat, therefore the user has to ensure that they are unseen by the enemy and hidden from their view. Then performing a series of seals, they create a powerful genjutsu that binds the selected targets to the area they are currently in. This means, every time the victims attempt to leave the area they will loop around and be straight back to the beginning.
Senro Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Track Covering Technique)
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that allows you to cover up foot prints in mud, snow, sand and grass. With each step the user takes they send a small burst of chakra to their feet. The chakra that is left on the ground where they stepped creates an illusion that makes it look like whatever element they were walking in hasn‘t been disturbed. The illusion lasts for three hours and then begins to diminish.

Bio/History: Like most jinchuuriki at his young age he was pushed away from society and family. Never knowing the true meaning of family konpakukuro ran away from home hoping to never have to look back. during his journey he ran into group called the akatsuki where they extracted the seven tailed Shichibi from his body. Yet surprisingly he was the only soul ever to survive. Surprised the akatsuki eagerly invited him to join. Finally at the age of seventeen he found a place to fit in. They only had one catch and that was to kill off most of his family as they commanded. Knowing his family he willingly did so. Only one survived and that was his adopted brother suki. But he did receive one memento of him and that was his left eye (he had a sharingun). In the years to come he eventually turned his body into a puppet leading him to live a long age and see much in the world. At the age of 90 most of his fellow akatsuki members died off of age or in battle leaving him with several new members of the akatsuki. Lonesome he turned all of the 11 previous akatsuki members into his own puppets. Once again being left with new members he turned 2 out of the eight into his own puppets gaining all their abilities at the flick of a wrist. After a while soul wandered from city to city, and eventually met Mordecai Roshi who changed his thoughts on life and turned him to the better side of life. In an instant he left the akatsuki to join the village of Amegakure to become a better person.

Juubi no Mai (Dance of the Ten Tails)
The final stage in which the Jinchuuriki takes the form of the Juubi, the visage of a black wolf. In this form the User has full access to the Juubi's power, not many can withstand this form, including the user.
1 Post - Fatigue, 5 post Cooldown of all Juubi Techniques.
2 Posts - Severe fatigue, the user will lose 2 ranks on their Strength, Speed, and Chakra. 5 post cool down on all Jubi techniques.
3 Posts - The user will be knocked unconscious for 3 posts, during this time they cannot be awoken.
4 Posts - The User will fall ill, most of their chakra has been given to the Jubi, they must rest to allow their chakra pool to fill. The user will be knocked unconscious for 3 posts, and another 5 while either sleeping or resting in a bed.
5 Posts - Instant death, the Juubi frees itself from it's prison and wreaks havoc on the Shinobi world.
Fighting Style
Offensive, very smart strong and fast. this beast has a mix of ninjutsu and genjutsu abilities, making it hard for the opponent to predict your next movements.
Defensive, this demon has very little need for defense but it does have some techniques that could prove useful in the defensive aspect of a fight.

The Jinchuuriki releases a portion of the Juubi's chakra, which is said to cause war and dissent. In this case it brings the sorrowful feelings of the Jinchuuriki's opponent to the surface, making them remember a long lost family member or friend. The user then casts Yuukai, which forces the lost friend to linger at the edges of the enemy's vision. Never able to look at it directly, the user will be distracted always try to grasp a look at it.

The user casts this Genjutsu by closing their eyes and raising their arms, should the opponent look at this action the Jutsu succeeds and 100's of copies of the user appear overhead, blocking out the sun and all glaring upon the Enemy with an intense glare.

The user releases a fury of Juubi chakra, just over head the Chakra takes form of the Juubi's eye. Should the enemy even glance at the eye, they are transplanted into a bizarre surrounding, standing in complete darkness, the only thing in sight is a Juubi eye as big as the Earth. The Juubi shares the thousands of years of retained agression, attmepting to drive the enemy insae.

The User calls upon the Jubi's chakra compressing it into a small sheets that are thinned down to an atomic level. These sheets cover the user's body creating an almost indestructible skin, the sheets give their skin a ash gray look. However, the stability of these sheets is questionable, the quality and protection degrades to the point that it is about as firm as water. This jutsu has a duration of 2 posts, 5 post cooldown.

The user lets a large amount of the Juubi's chakra explode from every Tenketsu point, this can deflect all Jutsu directed at the User. As well as hurtling all opponents away from the user. This Technique has a 3 turn cool down.

This is the Jubi's mainline of offense. If the user were in the Final stage a large black ball made of compressed chakra will form in front of the Juubi's eye, much like the Bijudama technique. Instead once the chakra is compressed the user does not swallow it and guide the blast. Instead the user releases it forward in about a centimeter thick line, acting much like a high powered laser that is capable of cutting deep into the Earth's crust causing synthetic volcanic eruptions. In final stages this technique has the potential to split the moon in half.
The Jinchuuriki also has a small-scale one available that is fired fromt he tip of the pointer and index fingers. This technique has been known to cut down multiple trees. This Jutsu has a 10 post cooldown.

This is the ultimate technique, if the user is threatened total control is handed to the Juubi who releases nearly all of his chakra in a vicious explosion that will vaporize anything that it touches. It is said to be a mile in direction, length, width and height. The downfall is along with this technique the Jubi must take all chakra from the Jinchuuriki in order to replenish the Jubi's dwindling amount. Causes death.

Henge No Jutsu (Transformation Technique)
Description: A user of this skill has the ability to transform their outer appearance to that of another form, which can be a person or object. However, due to the physical restrictions on the body, the user cannot transform into anything extremely smaller or larger than what they already are. Therefore one could not transform into a shuriken or a small animal. Neither can the user transform into an enlarged or distented form of anything (therefore no such thing as a small human-sized adult elephant, or a human-sized ant). Therefore the user must always be within the same proportions as the original form of the object. Also, the user does not gain any extra physical ability through Henge. (i.e. transforming into a cheetah will not give you a cheetah's speed) Henge is dispelled when the user is touched in an offensive matter. Thus after the user hits the target in their transformed state they revert.

Description: A common jutsu - used to quickly replace a body with a close by object. Creates confusing among the opponent(s) - creating a chance to escape, or return with a larger strike. Useful for avoiding attacks, and hiding from potential enemies.

Description: A basic skill that lets the user invest chakra into a rope or chain to push the knot in it in the right way, so it loosens. This is used to escape from a rope binding.
Anrokku no Jutsu (Unlocking Technique)
Description: A relatively easy-to-perform jutsu used mostly on stealth missions and when stealing. By concentrating chakra on a basic lock such as a door lock or on a safe, the user can force the mechanism to unlock even without the key or knowing the code. Nothing about the lock will have changed other than it will open once before it locks up again. This skill leaves no signs of tampering.

Chakra Kami Nawa (Chakra Hair Rope)
Description: By laying down large amounts of hair, the user can create a chakra infused rope that can bind an opponent's legs to the ground. This leaves the enemy open to various kinds of attack since they are unable to move. In order to be effective, the opponent must be standing on the hair.
System: The number of posts the enemy will be unable to move is equal to the user's Chakra Control. For each point more the enemy has in Chakra Power than the user does, the effect will diminish a post. The minimum remains at one, though, and can never be fully negated.
Chakra Hikari no Jutsu (Chakra Light Technique)
Description: This jutsu allows the user to make a ball of chakra that produces light. Although it can’t harm anyone it’s useful for when going in dark areas and good for letting your comrades know where you are if you get lost in a foggy place.

Description: By focusing chakra into the feet and keeping it balanced, the user can walk up against vertical objects and cling to its surface.
Kyou Masukingu No Jutsu (Sound Masking Technique)
Description: This ninjutsu helps to cover up any sounds the user makes if they are on a mission that requires stealth. The user sends some chakra to the target’s ears and performs the needed hand seals. Any natural sounds in the area (running water, crickets, wind, ect…) are magnified slightly to mask any soft sounds that the user may make.
Nin Shiki Kaado (Secret Information Cards)
Description: A technique which conceals information of an individual on a card. The information is burned onto the cards with chakra and can only be revealed by the user's chakra. Of course, this technique can also be used to store information on a different object and conceal it, like a wall, a door, or scroll. This technique cannot be used to burn information to a card that your character does not actually know, or has known at some point in his or her life. In other words, if your character is to put information onto a card about a shinobi, then that character must have met this other shinobi (or studied him through some other means), and learned from him exactly what it is the other shinobi can do before that information can be put on the cards.

Hitoshizeru Bakuhatsu No Jutsu (Hidden Explosion Technique)
Description: A simple yet effective technique that forces chakra out from the entire body, blowing out smoke and any small surrounding debris. This causes confusion, and allows the user to escape unnoticed. Useful for sneaky exits. This technique is basically the same as using a smoke bomb, and cannot be used for offensive purposes. It simply creates a large cloud of smoke to allow the user to escape.
Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)
Description: By lifting objects with chakra, the user can launch small objects like roof tiles, small rocks and more at their enemy as if they were shuriken.
Chakra Tsuitou no Jutsu (Chakra Hunting Technique)
Description: During chase procedures, when the user has been closer to the target than 20 feet, and having had the ability to see the target clearly under those circumstances, the user can remember the target's chakra currents and distinguish these for a number of posts equal to the user's control divided by two. If the enemy uses a Genjutsu, or gains a difference of more than a mile, the user will lose track of the target.
Nioi Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Smell Covering Technique)
Description: This jutsu basically creates a layer of chakra that seals in scents. The user coats himself in a thin layer of chakra, creating an air tight seal that doesn’t allow any scents to escape. If they touch anything a scent is not left behind. (As if they are wearing chakra gloves.) This starts to take up a lot of chakra if used for long periods since a new coating must be applied every few minutes to keep it effective. The user cannot use this jutsu on other people.
Suimen Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Water Walking)
Prerequisites: Kinobori no Jutsu
Description: A technique that enables the user to walk on the surface of water by concentrating chakra into the feet. It is also used for training; it allows an individual to learn how to control the release of chakra.
Tessayose no Jutsu (Iron Chain Calling Technique)
Description: With a range of the user’s sight in a general given area, the user slams their hand against a surface. Anywhere on the surface in plain sight for the user calls five separate chains to tie down a target. The chains are made of simple iron but are extremely thick and heavy, but dispel once the target is completely free. This jutsu was designed mainly to fight Taijutsu Human Tank users. The chains are helpless against Ninjutsu techniques. These chains are completely normal save that the user can control their movement.
Saihen no Te (Hand of Debris)
Description: By manipulating the users chakra around small surrounding objects, once can create a hand attached to the ground for defensive or offensive purposes. The size of the hand can vary; however the largest it can get is 5 feet tall. The hand can not move from the position on the ground, but it can bend and grasp. The main drawback though, is that the hand is only as strong as the materials used to make it, so while a hand made mostly out of stones and pebbles would be hard, a hand made mostly out of leaves would be easily broken.
Kisousei Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Homing Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)

Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, the objects will chase after the designated target for a length of 3 posts. The object can not make 90 degree turns, and can only veer left or right. This makes turning around possible, but not sudden. If the object hits something like a tree or rock it will stop.

Kage Bunshin No Jutsu (Shadow Clone Technique)
Description: A forbidden jutsu that creates clones - which are not just plain illusions (like the normal Bunshin no Jutsu). Each clone is an exact replica of the user, capable of attacking. A direct hit causes the clone to disappear. Chakra is divided evenly between every clone and the original, so creating three clones would leave the user with one-fourth of his remaining chakra. These kage bunshin are also capable of using any jutsu the original shinobi knows (except Kuchiyose and bunshin jutsu), and each kage bunshin may use one jutsu.
Hiritsuku Kasumi no Jutsu (Stinging Mist Technique)
Description: The ninja inhales and sends out a spray of stinging substance from his mouth. The technique itself looks like the fine spray from a hose, with the droplets being a slightly yellowish color. However, anyone who is hit by this technique will feel as though the exposed parts of their skin has been rubbed with a powerful irritant.
Soushuuha (Manipulate Advancing Blades)
Description: This technique originated in the Sand and was actually utilized by the Suna shinobi Yashamaru in a failed assassination attempt. By focusing chakra into projectile weapons such as kunai or shuriken, the ninja can make those weapons hover in the air before sending them at his target with the same force he usually uses to manually throw them. Conceivably, the shinobi would be able to attack his enemy with much more ammo then he can hold in his hands. The hover effect can last up to three posts.
Bakuretsu Ninpou Kawara Shuriken (Exploding Roof Tile Shuriken Technique)

Description: Much like the Roof Tile Shuriken Technique, but now, when the flying roof tiles or other small objects make contact with their target, they explode. The explosion is relatively small however, not nearly as great as that of an exploding tag, but more like the force of a smoke bomb. The flying objects will explode the moment they contact another solid surface regardless of whether it is the intended target or not.
Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou (The Art of Walking on Air)
Description: The art of walking on water and trees has long been known to many shinobi. However, although many have aspired to walk on the last frontier, the air itself, all but a handful of ninja have failed at doing such a thing. The first recorded instance of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was recorded long ago, in the Country of Wind, ironically. There, a famous ninja had discovered that by focusing his chakra into his feet and propelling it outward with utmost control, he could perform a sort of double-jump while airborne. This enabled him to jump almost twice as high as he normally could and in addition, it gave him utmost control of his body while airborne, making him a superb fighter. The technique was passed down through that fighter's family for years. The secret was well-kept and guarded carefully. However, the family's devotion with which they protected this secret ultimately led to their downfall. They were captured by a rival country and tortured endlessly in order to attain the secret technique. Nobody spoke and they were killed; their assailants figured that if they couldn't have the secret technique, nobody could. For awhile, the art of Tenkuu Hokou no Gyou was lost. Just recently, a resurgence of this forgotten art has been seen. A few grandmaster shinobi, having remembered stories of the ancient art, have learned to perform the art on their own. In addition, two scrolls containing information on the art have been dug up and been in circulation on the black market for several months, although most who have read the scrolls have been unable to learn the art. As of now, there are very few who know anything about the art and even fewer who can use it effectively. While airborne, the user can focus his chakra into his feet in order to make a sort of invisible stepping stone to push off of again. This can be used as a sort of double-jump commonly seen from, say, Mario, or be used to push off and change directions in midair. This technique can only be used once per jump, and the strength of the second jump is no greater than the strength of a normal jump. For instance, if your character has a five foot vertical leap, using this technique he could conceivably jump ten feet into the air.

Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Technique)
Description: A jutsu that creates an illusionary clone of the user, in numbers of one or more. The clone disappears after being struck with an attack, and can deal no damage. This jutsu is one of the basics, and required to pass the shinobi academy.
Fukushi no Jutsu (Double Vision Technique)
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that causes the opponent to see doubles of everything.
Ikamono Chishio (Fake blood)
Description: This genjutsu can create fake blood and wounds on the user’s body to fool the enemy that he/she is wounded. The illusion is only visual; it cannot trick the sense of smell.
Suiganmourou no Jutsu (Drunken Sight Technique)
Description: A basic technique that makes the opponent see the world around him in a blur, as if drunk.
Bouzenjishitsu no Jutsu (Stupification Technique)
Description: The user locks eyes with the target and forces a hand seal. For as long as the two can keep looking at each other without being distracted or obstructed, both cannot move. When the user blinks, it's also over.

Description: An illusion technique which disguises the surroundings as something else. For instance, you can make a classroom number that actually is room 201 appears as room 301... This will only work on targets no bigger than an adult man.
Magen: Narakumi No Jutsu (Demonic Illusion: Vision of Hell Technique)
Description: A low level illusion skill, which makes the opponent envision a very traumatic scene. After being put in some form of trance by leaves, grass, flower petals, and dust flying in front of the eyes, the target creates this vision himself. The jutsu only forces the target to think about the worst event possible for them, and then capitalizes on that by showing it happen.
Kori Shinchuu no Jutsu (Sly Fellow Mind Skill)
Prerequisites: Magen: Kokuni Arazu no Jutsu
Description: This technique was developed in order to slow down an enemy’s movement and confuse them while the user prepares an assault against them. It cannot be used in combat, therefore the user has to ensure that they are unseen by the enemy and hidden from their view. Then performing a series of seals, they create a powerful genjutsu that binds the selected targets to the area they are currently in. This means, every time the victims attempt to leave the area they will loop around and be straight back to the beginning.
Senro Ue Fuku no Jutsu (Track Covering Technique)
Description: This is a simple genjutsu that allows you to cover up foot prints in mud, snow, sand and grass. With each step the user takes they send a small burst of chakra to their feet. The chakra that is left on the ground where they stepped creates an illusion that makes it look like whatever element they were walking in hasn‘t been disturbed. The illusion lasts for three hours and then begins to diminish.

Bio/History: Like most jinchuuriki at his young age he was pushed away from society and family. Never knowing the true meaning of family konpakukuro ran away from home hoping to never have to look back. during his journey he ran into group called the akatsuki where they extracted the seven tailed Shichibi from his body. Yet surprisingly he was the only soul ever to survive. Surprised the akatsuki eagerly invited him to join. Finally at the age of seventeen he found a place to fit in. They only had one catch and that was to kill off most of his family as they commanded. Knowing his family he willingly did so. Only one survived and that was his adopted brother suki. But he did receive one memento of him and that was his left eye (he had a sharingun). In the years to come he eventually turned his body into a puppet leading him to live a long age and see much in the world. At the age of 90 most of his fellow akatsuki members died off of age or in battle leaving him with several new members of the akatsuki. Lonesome he turned all of the 11 previous akatsuki members into his own puppets. Once again being left with new members he turned 2 out of the eight into his own puppets gaining all their abilities at the flick of a wrist. After a while soul wandered from city to city, and eventually met Mordecai Roshi who changed his thoughts on life and turned him to the better side of life. In an instant he left the akatsuki to join the village of Amegakure to become a better person.
