[♪]Who We Are[♪]
The Onikaichou are distinguished first and foremost by their illustrious voices; every member of the clan has a beautiful voice that sound like it comes from a siren of old. They are then distinguishable by their talent for music, whether this be singing or playing an instrument. More commonly, there are known for their black-haired males and their salmon-to-red-haired females (though it is not uncommon for this to switch between genders). They range from average to tall and are almost always slender in form.

[♪]Where We Came From[♪]
The Onikaichou have always existed within Ta no Kuni, being natives to the land. As a clan, they existed as skilled instrumentalists, each being able to play multiple instruments and sing. As children, they are taught to play music and sing, as well as cultivate a love for music. As time went on, clan members began to convert to the ways of the shinobi and adapted their music and song into special types of Ninjutsu. Eventually, they could bend sound to their will with their chakra, using it as a weapon. When Orochimaru came to Ta no Kuni, he happened upon the Onikaichou. Since they were the largest in number, he convinced the Daimyou to let him build a village there and rename the land to Oto no Kuni. He called the village Otogakure, in reverence to the Onikaichou. Under Orochimaru, they taught their ability to use sound to some of his subordinates. When Orochimaru was ultimately defeated, the Onikaichou took Otogakure for themselves and elected a new Otokage.

[♪]How Many Of Us Exist[♪]
Clan cap is six; the only known member so far is the Otokage.

[♪]Our Traditions and Laws[♪]
[1] Clan members must use at least one instrument; additional instruments must be cleared with clan head.
[2] All instrumental/vocal abilities must be approved by Sugar Dhaku.
[3] No instrumental/vocal ability requires hand signs.
[4] Techniques which outrank a shinobi's ability must be taught before one can learn them.
[5] Be conscientious about what instrument(s) you choose to use.

[♪]Our Gift Is Called[♪]
Enkotsu: the clan members have special lungs and vocal chords which allow chakra to permeate them and mix with air. This allows them to create their sound-based techniques.

[♪]What Our Gift Can Do[♪]
Their Kekkei Genkai allows them to make a myriad of sound-based techniques, as well as using regular sounds to their advantage.
